Never received our order as they said the container got lost. Then no more communications despite numerous attempts for a refund.
Seems like many others have suffered the same fate.

AVOID!!!!

Rubbish customer service and a big scam! I spent over an hour on their website, choosing some decorative items for my house from Place at Home in April. In May, I still hadn't recieved the order. When 3 weeks had passed I suddenly got an email to say 'at your request, your order has been cancelled...'. I had done no such thing and when I finally heard back from customer service, I was told they ' had cancelled my order because everything I ordered was out of stock.'

I bought 4 sagomas in November. Delivered in 3 weeks, they say 2 on the website, but during a pandemic it is understandable. They are also slightly smaller than I thought, but after reading the description, I realized that this is how it should be. Generally satisfied.

Received a beautiful carpet. It was shipped by UPS from Turkey. It is very soft so I used it for kids room.

I'm shocked that Shopify not taking any action against placeathome.com and still allow them to operate though many complains of non-deliveries.

Do avoid placeathome.com run by Odaria Tal. She selling fake products claming they're original expensive designer product and scamming people like us who bought from the website.
