Cancelled my reservation without notifying me. BE CAREFUL!

Did a reservation two months in advanced to stay in Madrid with Places2Live for September 2025. When I arrived there (Gran vía 73 in Madrid) found out they have cancelled my reservation without notifying me. Complained and talked to the people in charge but they said there was a problem with the system and there is nothing to do. They didn´t offered any solution and left me on a saturday afternoon in the street (literally) and without accomodation (in peak season).
Asked if I can put a complaint and they said I can´t, which is very strange. Probably because their apartments are not registered and can´t be used for accomodation purposes.
Please BE CAREFUL with this company and DON´T trust them.
I ended up wasting a full afternoon searching for options and ended up in an expensive hotel and paying more for the accomodation.
