I hired some tables and chairs for my Christmas event, my quote was received promptly as well as delivery and collection times.

Delivery driver was very accommodating and nothing was too much for him as well as being very polite.

Would 100% use again and recommend to anyone needing to hire equipment

Terrible customer service, wrong items delivered, and some of it was dirty. Wouldn't use again.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Place Settings. From start to finish, the entire process was a nightmare. The products are overpriced and poorly made. Often products are sent out dirty, still with cobwebs attached.

The work environment is incredibly toxic, with constant office politics and backstabbing. Management is completely inept and shows no concern for employee well-being.

Communication is terrible, "Beth" the manager often gives conflicting instructions and then blames employees for any confusion. There is no room for growth or professional development, and hard work is neither recognized nor rewarded. Additionally, the workload is overwhelming, and the expectations are unrealistic.

We host a number of events throughout the summer both in house and at external events. The team at Place Settings get it right every time - quotes are sent through promptly, and if something isn't in stock they send a suggested replacement product.

I always find them to be really accommodating with pick up and collection times and nothing is too much trouble for them. Their rates are so reasonable and the product range is vast.

Deposits are returned as soon as the items being returned have been checked, and the team on site are always very friendly and helpful, despite running what appears to be a very busy company!
