No client service

I ordered two chapkas and way before he sent them I tried to contact him dozens of times to notify that I change my adresse. No answer, the tracking link never worked and never got a reply. Never buy here!

Hello, unfortunately I don't see any emails sent from you :c please send all emails to plagaclothing@Outlook.com! Also, I see you purchased the Untracked Shipping option, which has no tracking, I see you made 2 orders and the first one you purchased tracked so I assume there was no issue there
I now only offer only the tracked shipping service as the untracked service caused too many issues, I apologise that you had a negative experience

plaga is good

worked together with plaga on his punpun drop (made an ad for it, 3d animation), he’s a chill guy and the clothes are sick too (i got all 3 hats versions :p, one of them he gifted to me)
if you have any problems with product quality or shipment/delivery just dm him on insta and he’ll help sort it out.

Ordered a pre order item that I never…

Ordered a pre order item that I never received! How do you not have automatic tracking for an item that you make a decent profit from? No, compensation or even a small discount was offered and its just like come on man. I waited months for the item to be made and I don't receive it at all.

Hi, back when i started i didn't have tracking as i didn't have a partner shipping company - I have since fixed that and now automatic emails are always sent out if you purchased tracked shipping.
Please ask and I'm always happy to give some compensation if you did have some issues with your order :/
