WORST SUPPORT EVER
It's been 3 business days since my salary started processing and I've already talked to 3 Plane agents - none of them could give me a clear ETA. First, I was told they would give me an ETA by end of the day. That did not happen. Agent disappeared. A new agent joined the conversation and told me I'd be given an update the next day which would put my processing time at four business days already!!! Then, a new agent messaged me - totally oblivious of what's going on!
Their concept of an ETA is "your money will hit your account at any time" which is so stupid because "any time" could be today, tomorrow, next month, next year , or next century!!!
They admitted the issue is from their end and that their payment team is already "working" on my salary -seriously??? What the hell are they doing??? Rowing it over acros the Pacific Ocean? JUST THE WORST!!!

Personally, I´m very happy with the service and customer service. I trade futures and receive payments from prop firms. Plane.com has been very helpful when there has been issues with some Neobanks as Wise or others which are not always easy to work with...
Customer service has anticipated to posible issues.

They owe me money around 2000 USD apparently it’s in compliance and that since 19.07.2024. I am not getting any info when my salary will be paid out. Since 2 days no respsonce from their support.

I'm a client for E8MARKETS and i have choose plane.com as a method i should use to get my payouts. They have great customer support always there when you need help.Promot reply and finally they offer speedy payment,it takes 12-24 hours to settled into my Bank account.
