I have been playing with Planet for quite awhile, lost a ridiculous amount of money (that's on me) but I finally was going to withdraw $1500. They have been giving me the run around for 3 weeks, finally approved $100 of the $1500 using a loophole of comp points I used (because I've spent so much money) but failed to tell me that until 3 weeks later and told me will still be 7-10 business days. Believe the reviews they are a scam and you will never see your money! Not sure how their employees sleep at night.

At first I really liked this casino. I won over a thousand dollars. However when i checked to see what was taking so long (literally weeks) they tried telling me I only had $761.50. I didn't really complain because I has only put $20 in. But the payout wait is soooooooo long. I have been waiting for over a month. I've needed that money so may times and they just keep dragging the process. Its frustrating and beyond disrespectful...
I will not be visiting this casino or any of its sister casinos.

Well it all started on my birthday I was sitting at home checking my emails when I opened up the planet7 email I got thinking I was going to play a little before bed and I started to scroll around my tablet when I went to hit redeem it told me to deposit on a no deposit required email I opened. That's when I lost all trust in these guys . So if you don't want a disappointing bday. I suggest that you don't open their email. Big disappointment.

This is a hard reveiw for me i hit this casino for1500 3 days ago and they paid me today. The host had me choose coindraw and i was skeptical but i got paid within 3 days but this casino is owned by the same owners of palace of chance slots madness andkool cat all owed me money and all burned me i want to play at planet 7 but im afraid next time they will burn me but im warning you if you want a safe place to play its not with any inclave casino

I would do less than one of possible! I went and used a free spin deal and then took an incredible amount of time to make their ridiculous roll over requirement to finally make $300, free and clear. Was super excited, so started to go about the verification and deposit to withdraw nonsense (which can only be done with Litecoin, which is bonkers). I ran into some issues along the way so contacted customer service and worked with them through the verification issues I was having. Finally got it settled and withdrew only to look several days later to see that my withdrawal wasn't for the original $328, but rather $15. When I immediately contacted customer service, their response was that I hadn't done a deposit, so the $300 was gone and all I get is $15. Turns out the "verification" deposit DOES NOT COUNT as a deposit. Schiesters...just plain thieves. Find someplace else and be aware they ALL just want to take your money.

I have been playing on planet 7 for many years and reached VIP status.
The payout is slow and if you have enough willpower to not reverse the withdrawal then eventually they will pay out. I hit 14k on a slot and it probably took about a month before I received my first payment at 2500 increments. The rest paid out about 1 or 2 weeks at a time. The customer service has always been great and I do love the bonus coupons. I read a lot of comments of planet 7 trying to cheat you out of your winnings but I have never really had that experience. Some bonus coupons specifically tell you max cash out amounts and there are specific rules spelled out pretty clear. If only they can improve on the withdrawal speed then maybe I could add another star. I’ll keep playing becuase I have had more big wins (over 2500) than I would playing a US mainstream online casino and as long as I eventually get paid then it all works out where Sam may not need to be involved.

If there was a zero that is what I’d rate them. They require for verification your debit card with CVC, your bank statement, your electric bill and driver’s license. They will use your debit card for a few purchases. They will not pay out even when Play Through has been met. The transaction page might state that your winnings have been approved at the rate you won but the most you will get after sending all the information to various emails and compromising your bank information is $100. They will spend a month telling you that your funds will be sent, never mentioning that you won’t be getting what in my case was 2,300. And my play through was met and customer service acknowledged that.
Planet 7 has lame games, play with their free money but don’t waste your time if you win. All they want is your bank information to use and sell. Watch your bank account closely if you decide to get “verified”. They only took less than fifty from mine after I was verified. So no 2,300 and losses from them having my data.

I will be contacting their software company, Costa Rica Business Licensing, any Blogs, websites and the USA embassy. I wasted a month dealing with these fools and will now spend a month letting people know that their “free play” is useless. I will also be sharing the names of the numerous Chat Help People that enable Planet 7 to be dishonest. Downloads of their cons are a click away. They will be included in my correspondences so it can be noted that 2,300 was promised just never paid out.
You can make your play through and still never see a dime of your winnings. If you play just for pleasure, go for it but don’t send them your bank information.

I won over $720 and next thing you know in one spin I'm at $93 ill upload pic I was smart enough to think to take a screen shot. They need to have someone monitoring the games at all times. Highly upset this happened.

Planet 7 scammers. I actually got paid by these scammers after hitting a super grand jackpot of $14k+. It took close to a year and I was able to have checks cut(when they still did that) each time I was charged $40 and had to wait 2 months for approval. The last check request was cut from $2500 to $1200 to screw me again. Since winning I am black balled from any bonus match. I made the mistake of recommending them to my GF. She won a $4000 jackpot several months ago I have attempted to help get her money and they keep saying they don’t do checks anymore and said they don’t work with her bank for a bank wire even I signed up with a different casino and they wire my bank weekly. Although they determine what they will approve weekly. At least I get paid although I am charged $15 for each deposit Actually won a 20k jackpot and can only request 1 withdrawal per week, so far received about $10k. Planet 7 will play games to avoid paying any winnings now as my GF has had nothing but BS and their finance department changes the rules each time she requests a payout. She even got so frustrated she set max bets on 100 spins to blow through the money. She went from $1000 owed from the original amount back to $3500. I will continue to try and help her get paid but I doubt she will as they will come up with more excuses not to pay. PLEASE understand, I have no hidden agenda and simply want to warn folks about this crooked, criminal, outfit. Being briefer than I need to be, 'WARNING' run away from this casino as fast as possible. They burned me for $500 in winnings and $400 on a NETSPEND card. SOMEHOW somone hacked or hijacked my VISA NETSPEND card and also stole my winnings before I could withdraw them.Their support group was completely rude and not understanding.Seriously, run away from this one.

It's all a scam. Sure they give you a free chip to play with but it comes with a huge playthrough requirement which is nearly impossible to complete. When you do complete it that's when all of a sudden the slots stop working in your favor. Almost like they push a button and you start losing it all. When you go to withdrawal your winnings. Disgusting, several months ago I completed a bonus worth $100 to withdraw, I have tried to communicate by chat, by email, by phone and THERE IS NO RESPONSE, I think this casino should be intervened by some regulatory authority, because with That silence, many people can deposit and thank you, no one responds, therefore they NEVER pay, be careful with this casino, it is a fraud!
