⭐ Feedback for Planet Ayurveda — A Patient's Honest Perspective

I have been a patient of Planet Ayurveda for the past 8 months and while I believe in the power of Ayurveda and appreciate the expertise of the doctors, I feel compelled to share some genuine concerns that I believe many patients silently struggle with.

💰 Cost of Medicines:
The monthly medicine cost is close to $500 — and that's before customs duties and taxes for international shipments. For a treatment plan spanning 6 months or more, this adds up to $3,000+ out of pocket. This is simply not sustainable for an average family, even for those of us living in the US. It feels like paying for a second health insurance — except this one isn't covered by anyone.

⏱️ Consultation Time:
For the price point and the complexity of conditions being treated, a 20-minute consultation every two months feels inadequate. Patients deserve more time to discuss progress, side effects, and adjustments to their treatment plan.

📦 No Affordable Alternatives Offered:
What concerns me most is that there are no suggestions for equivalent, more affordable alternatives available locally in the US. Brands like Baidyanath, Himalaya, and Dabur carry many similar classical Ayurvedic formulations at a fraction of the cost. Patients shouldn't have to figure this out on their own.

🙏 My Request to Planet Ayurveda:
Ayurveda is an ancient, inclusive healing system — it was never meant to be a luxury. I urge Planet Ayurveda to:
• Offer tiered pricing or affordable packages for long-term patients
• Extend consultation time to at least 30-45 minutes
• Suggest locally available alternatives for patients who cannot sustain the import costs
• Be transparent about equivalent options so patients can make informed decisions

Long-term sustainability matters. If costs remain this high, patients will inevitably seek alternatives — not because they don't trust Ayurveda, but because they simply cannot afford it.

I share this not out of frustration, but out of genuine concern for fellow patients who may be silently bearing the same burden. Would love to hear if others have found more affordable ways to continue their Ayurvedic treatment. 🙏

Very bad comercial website. Not to trust. Shipping not arrived because they dont shek costumers autorisation before! And they dont give money back if costumer keep your box because they dont use professional shipping like fedex or dhl, but familiary post!
Not conmercial action to gove your money back: with them, you loose your money definitively!
I find other trusting website i receive for free with fedex in 8days.

They Send the item after a month and almost about to expire items , when you call there customer care they respond recklessly , they just dispose the stocks which are very old eg :- if the expiry is 3yrs they will send items which already crossed 2yrs 10months .

If you order from outside India, such as the US, Canada, or Europe, they absolutely cannot ship. Before I ordered, they told me they ship worldwide. After I paid, they couldn't ship to any of the countries we specified. We gave an address in the Netherlands and they said they would ship with DHL, but they sent our package with Indiapost, and it's been over a month and a half and it still hasn't arrived. They won't refund our money. This is a disgraceful company.

Planet Ayurveda products work wonders. I have been using their medicines for my child, who had post-surgery complications related to a brain tumor. My child is now absolutely fine. Those who speak negatively about Planet Ayurveda are often the ones who either stopped the medicines after just a few days, did not follow the prescribed dosage properly, or did not take the medicines on time.

Very bad.he should be arrested for fooling innocent people.My uncle is in in ICU after taking his medicines.Planet Ayurveda is scam.Stay away.

This is a complete scam and PLEASE BEWARE OF SCAM. He steals your money for facetime video calls and talk about nothing except his family and dog! He lies about charges and does not really care about you but your money. PLEASE AVOID Planet Ayurveda!

Planet Ayurveda is good but apart from this Arogyam Panchkarma Centre & Ayurvedic Hospital one of the best ayurvedic hospital where there are experienced doctors and therapist in Arogyam Hospital, offers customized Panchakarma treatments 24/7 and prizes are very reasonable. The staff is well-trained and polite.
