I have not received my products
I ordered 2 products more than 1 month ago and there is not any update regarding my order.
I have sent emails (some of the emails you find in the page doesn't exist) and not answer received yet.

Terrible!
I haven't received my order for months and I had to follow up three times with one person responding quite rudely. Then I receive a package with half of my order missing. I'm not even going to bother trying to get the other half. I just don't want to engage with a scam company like Planetized. I am now also questioning the actual products I have received. Shame.

Be aware, this website is a fraud!!
Delivery was quick. But: The product images on the website have been edited so that the actual manufacturer cannot be recognized. Logos were used unauthorized to gain trust (e.g. Trustpilot). Reviews on the website seem to be fake ones. They claim my return has not arrived, even though the tracking clearly says otherwise. I lost a lot of money. I will file a complaint.
