Great offer
I was slightly concerned when I bought half price tickets for Mini Meadows as I had never previously heard of Planet Offers. I received the vouchers very quickly by e mail. I visited the venue today with my grandchildren and the vouchers were accepted. What’s not to like! Will keep looking for offers that are suitable for me.

M&D's voucher
I purchased the m&D's voucher for my grandson. I thought that his support team would be able to take him as he is disabled and wheelchair dependent. Found out that to use the voucher, you have to use the same four people. This wasn't practical,as myself and my husband aren't physically able to take him. He has a support team of ten, two every day, we don't know what support people will be picking him up as they rotate. I emailed planet offers and asked if they would accept his support company using the voucher with my grandson,but to date, I haven't received any reply. Very poor customer service. Think I will have to try and get a refund for the voucher. So disappointed 😞

Perfect!
I had never used the site before, but checked the reviews here first and gave it a go. I had to buy a voucher which I could then use to get free tickets to my chosen attraction. Totally easy and seamless process. Would use again.
