I bought the Potv xmax vpro so I can smoke outside without the neighbors smelling my loud. It definitely is discreet you can barely smell it and the scent disappears in minutes.

Edit: The company reached out and offered me a one time refund for the item they originally didn't let me return. The policy is still lame, but it is nice that they accommodate.

1/5 Terrible return policy. I realized I bought some accessories that had already come with my vaporizer. To return these unopened accessories 1 day after delivery was like $10 in shipping and $10 per item via a restocking fee, which would have me loosing money to return these unopened accessories. So so lame.

Shipping via USPS was a bit slower but all my items were received. All items ordered were new and in great condition. Usable right off the bat! Overall a very good experiance and I intend to continue to use POTV. Note: all the reviews and info I read were accurate. Think of Crutchfield and how they help you figure out what to buy.

First shipment was lost by USPS. Customer service worked with me to track and reconcile. They were patient and kind and I'm happy to report I have my product, all received as expected and in brand-new working condition.

I like the potv. The Gordita thing ain’t working and the glass (small) original mouth piece somehow broke after a couple days
I even got the glass bubbler and don’t forget the piece that connects the potv. To the bubbler …
I like the fact that it goes up to 430temp
It’s pretty easy to clean, the screen and the rubber O ring are ok,
All & All it’s a decent vape for the price…
It did arrive pretty quick but, I haven’t tried the customer service even though I have a few issues so we’ll see how that goes.

The Lobo is not disappointing! This is my first dry Herb vape, and I love it! Been smoking since the 60's, and am sorry I haven't already had one before now.
It is very simple to use, and clean, and the replaceable battery option is smart.
I love the available accessories, it adapts to my existing bongs and things I am already partial to. I shalll return with more after a bit of I remember to hehe.
