Poor service. Downgraded with no Refund

Car provided was not what was paid for. Paid for an automatic hybrid SUV, received a small manual petrol car with dashboard all menus only in chinese. The car hadn’t been cleaned and was in really poor condition. Contacted Planetrental and still haven’t heard back.

Planet Rentalcars is a fantastic…

Planet Rentalcars is a fantastic company . You can call them 7 days a week and a human answers who is very helpful . The price is great , the booking is seamless . Smaller deposits are used than other companies. In the 4 years I have been booking cars in Greece , this is by far the best experience so far .

For once, car hire that works.

Hard to find so do check out where they are.
But, once found, the service was friendly, no hard sell of not needed policies, a car that worked and at a great price. Believe me, I don’t often praise car rental companies, but this time I can and I do. .

Enterprise Glasgow went above and…

Enterprise Glasgow went above and beyond and we upgraded on the day for a Nissan X Trail which made the commute to Fort William was a pleasure to drive
They even assisted with getting us to the train station when we couldn’t source an Uber

Communication with staff was polite and…

Communication with staff was polite and attentive and English was spoken too although my wife can speak Italian which helps.
The car itself was smart clean & reliable and perfect size for our needs., great on fuel with us travelling many miles.,
Booking process was smooth at the start & when returning the car a week later., just glad we spent the €10 for their cleaning service on return as Cianciana we visited was dusty., and the service overall which included transfer to and from the airport was very convenient.. ……great service all round..

Very easy to book, clear information provided. Requested car delivered, as arranged and all staff I encountered were very professional and polite. Very happy to recommend or use again.
