My first time to use a store unit , I went with no knowledge but the lady behind the desk helped me so much and was so patient with me and gave me good advice.
She answered my questions friendly.
Even when I gave up the unit because I found a location to put everything in, she helped me again with explaining everything and made sure everything was handled good

Great storage and service! I had a storage room for 1 m2 in Palma. I stored personal belongings while I was staying abroad. I had a great experience. The storage is spacious, easy to access, parking spots right in front. I can fully recommend!

I had a an incredible experience with planet space. The team is very professional and efficient. I had to rent a storage from abroad without seeing the space. They have explained everything so well and it actually was the perfect fit, without overselling anything. We could store all our stuff inside. The check out was smooth and easy as well. I cannot recommend them enough and would definitely go back to use their services!!!

Such friendly and thoughtful service every step of the way. I worked with Anika, and she went above and beyond to answer any question, was always communicative, and she always made sure the process was as smooth and stress-free as possible. I highly recommend Planet Space for your storage needs.

The service and staff were exceptional, as was the convenience and access. The only negative (and it was quite significant) was the fact that our unit was infested with mice and therefore a number of our items were chewed up and there were mouse droppings and mouse nests in a number of our boxes!

Great experience: Renting a self-storage unit for 2 years here. The offering, rates and contract terms are fair, nobody is trying to upsell, and everything works perfectly - from opening hours, cleanliness, security, additional service offerings, online-contracts, service hours, responsive service over phone and email - all excellent.

English and Spanish-speaking, super-friendly service, no hassle, all convenience - I can highly recommend.

Super convenient location, helpful staff, and very practical storage. Easy to park right in front, has trolleys and a lift - basically everything you could ask for in a storage unit.

Furthermore when you move out they don’t try & rip you off like other storage companies, they immediately refund not only your deposit but also pay you back for any unused days you have already paid for.

I had a perfect experience with Planetspace. Very helpful and friendly staff, that is always there for any question. Being able to enter 24/7 was perfect and made it very flexible. I can totally recommend it!
