I enrolled my 2 children at planetspark and I'm happy to share that we have successfully completed the course and received the certificate as well it was a very good experience i recommend it to other parents looking for public speaking course

I enrolled my kid with ENID 231502 the classes were really engaging and the curriculum is best suited the councillor was unresponsive in the initial stage of the enrollment than the operation team reach out to me and coordinated and addressed my concern well from then the experience is great the teacher is very coordinating and helpful also and I get what was promised my kid is now much confident in speaking and delivering so it’s a good platform …

The most worst thing is curriculum designing and if you want modifications according to need and requirment of child no one come to help neither counselor nor ticket raising procedure.you have to sit and watch how classes exhausted with out any benefit.
And after payment no one entertain you as coustomer.

I enrolled in Ps with enid:234465 and my experience is great teacher is very coordinating and helpful her way of explanation is really good and I have seen lots of changes in my kids communication skills he is more confident while speaking now ..Thanks

Took a couple of classes so far so good rest reviewing it more then will be able to update finally that whether it is really worthy or not

One thing I would specifically like to mention, don't go on the negative reviews i myself have used the classes those are not bad,

Use it first & then decide because it's all about learning

The planetspark is a decent platform I would definitely recommend to a parent who are looking for communication and confidence building in their child be very clear that this platform offers communication and english speaking aprt from subjective studies.The teacher is great and very cooperative and highly skilled . Need yo focus a bit on cx support rest is hood..

Planet spark is the best edtech platform honestly for children as I enrolled my 6 year old kid in the year 2025 the communication and the confidence has changed alot within a span of 1 year the teacher was very cooperative throughout the enrollment and kept the class engaging.The curriculum provided is best suited and the activities in performance class are really good and my kid like that a lot.Apart from the classes the teacher also cooperates with the timing and scheduling of classes.

Very great experienced teachers are always available and very helpful and skills delivered by them are outstanding .

Policy vs Reality – Serious Concern for Parents

@PlanetSpark Your response is misleading and contradictory.

At the time of enrollment, NO “5-class refund policy” was ever shared, signed, or agreed. Your counselor clearly promised that classes could be stopped anytime and EMI would be discontinued with refund support. Now after taking full payment, you are hiding behind a policy that was never communicated.

More concerning is that your team has repeatedly called and asked me to DELETE reviews in exchange for refund processing. If your policy is genuine, why link refund to review deletion? This raises serious concerns about your practices.

The class quality provided is far below what was promised. For a Grade 7 child, the sessions were extremely basic and not aligned with a public speaking program.

This is not just about refund anymore. This is about misleading parents with false assurances and then changing terms after payment.

I am documenting all communications and will escalate this matter further if not resolved fairly.

I enrolled in planet spark for professional communication and this truly helped me a lot the curriculum is good and literally my communication skills has drastic change after the completion of the course the teacher is very supportive and we'll educated and guided me well.
Sometimes there are glitches in the LMS and the support time takes a bit longer time.e to respond but the resolution is servd its good for the communication and confidence building..

Everytime , parents somehow always get ready to blame trainers for their mistakes , wherein always forget to highlight their own mistakes .
And it's high time , i have raised this issue several times , wherein Planetspark team sends such email to trainers about their inappropriate behaviour , when nothing like that ever happened which parents mentioned to them .
Team should take accountability and cross check the matter before sending the email stating strict action will be taken and penalty will be imposed .
Kindly check the recording , then blame someone . We are not here to compromise our self respect under any pretext .

Great platform for kids the and the best part is the teacher who is exceptionally great.The classes timing is flexible.Initially the curriculum provided was not as expected bit after change in the curriculum it was gret for my kid learning.Thanks a lot .

My child joined PlanetSpark classes on 28th November. On 26th November, I had a detailed discussion with their counselor .where I was clearly assured that I could stop the course anytime and my EMI would be discontinued with a refund after minimal deduction.

This situation has now become extremely serious and unacceptable.

At the time of enrollment, I was clearly assured that I could stop the course anytime and my EMI (~₹40,000) would be discontinued with a refund after minimal deduction. Based on these assurances, I agreed to proceed.

However, when I requested cancellation after a few classes due to poor quality and lack of interest from my child, your entire approach changed. Refund was denied and new conditions were suddenly introduced which were never disclosed earlier.

I have already raised multiple complaints, yet there has been no resolution. I am now in contact with several other parents who have faced similar experiences, which clearly indicates a concerning pattern.

I have detailed records of my interactions and commitments made at the time of enrollment, and I am now preparing to take this matter forward formally through consumer forums along with other affected parents. I am already in touch with 7–8 parents who have faced similar issues with PlanetSpark regarding misleading promises and refund concerns.
It’s time we come together. If you have experienced something similar, please connect. We should not face this individually—together we can raise our voice and take this forward in the right way.

As a public speaking tutor I'm pleased to do more work with my pleasure. This is a great platform to enhance my talent and growth, towards kids as a learning buddy. This company provides super training program to be a excellent tutor. I love this track between students and tutor.
