Planfor.pt Reviews

I have never had such a terrible buying experience in my life. I have bought hundreds of things online from dozens of companies & this is the worst by a long way. I have not received my plants nor a refund. Customer services are less than interested if they even bother to reply. I know several people that have been completely disappointed with Planfor. My advice is to avoid them completely & support your local economy.

Fabulous !! Very impressed plants arrived safely and very well protected by packaging...thankyou will definitely use your company Again

Excellent quality, easy comunication!

Excelent.Everything excelent.

The plants (3 camelia sinensis) arrived very quickly and all in good condition, and as advetised. They are now planted and doing well. The packing was very protective. Also, the delivery service used was very good, superior to others, e.g., DHL. They gave a one-hour window, suitably in advance, and were on time.

Great service, speedy delivery

Planfor was perfect. The easy Way to buy with top website, nice payment conditions, tracking purchase and delivery just in time, price of product very good and finally product is quality 6 stars. I did a good experience and certainly i wil recommended planfor to my friends. Thank you.

As 3 plantas de tojo chegaram secas.
As 3 roseiras chegaram secas.
As 3 plantas flor de cera estavam em muito mau estado.

Great service, excellent packaging and quick delivery.

My jiaogulan arrived alive which is very important. My Jiaogulan is recovering from the travel and already adapting to her new home. Thanks

Never was able to buy anything from them. The website has many obstacles that prevent from buying. They have some SECRET that requires specific knowledge to buy from them. Must be a secret club? Why waste time of ordinary people?

Nunca foi capaz de comprar nada deles. O site tem muitos obstáculos que impedem a compra. Eles têm algum segredo que requer conhecimento específico para comprar deles. Deve ser um clube secreto? Por que perder tempo com pessoas comuns?

Received my plants alive and now they are in the soil, they are thriving. Thank you for sending the goods even amidst this chaos

Several plants were very badly pot-bound; one was misleadingly described on the website. Order took a long time to arrive, and was delivered by two separate vehicles (not very eco-friendly). But the plants were all alive and undamaged on arrival.

I was pleased with my first order of herbs and a small Christmas tree. The order took a while to come but finally arrived on Christmas Eve. The company chased up the delivery for me as the details hadn’t been updated on the delivery company website for a while. The plants were as described, (although the Tarragon looks very small) .

The delivery was perfect but I think that this the obligation of the company. The question is how is the quality of the sent goods after being for days on the transport way. And this result is not always satisfactory.

The rain water collector tank was better than expected and arrived in good condition.
The only problem was with updating estimated delivery time since departure from France. The only estimated time range next 24/96 hours I found on the web page makes life difficult for customers - should I have to wait at home all this time ready to receive the delivery? In this case I was lucky to be within 5 minute walk from my house, when the driver phoned me and told he is couple of hundred meters away. After all everything worked OK and the driver was very helpful.

The costumer service is really great! I received the plants just in time, they look great!
