Thank you for your feedback David. Most unfortunately, we at PlanHero do not have control over the filters that email service providers employ by those who receive our emails. They make the decision as to which folder (inbox, spam, junk, etc.) our emails will be sent.
We recommend that your participants add noreply@planhero.com as a Contact to whichever email service they use (e.g. Gmail, Apple mail, etc.).
In addition, it would be great to add a rule that will ensure our emails are always placed in the inbox. Here is a post showing you (and your participants) how to do this: https://planhero.com/how-to-get-planhero-emails-delivered-to-your-inbox/ Perhaps you can share it with them.
We do everything in our power to keep our emails "whitelisted" - we do not sent out spammy/advertisement emails and we follow industry-standard protocols. But again, once we send them out, it's up to the email service that is receiving them to decide where they are "filed."

I recently found PlanHero and learned how to use it for a global prayer sign up. It worked well for all nationalities and included space for important links. When I used it for the same purpose a second time, certain of the participants experienced an issue, but customer service assisted me right away to clear the problem.

The best sign-up tool out there
The best sign-up tool out there! I have been using Plan Hero for 4 years to help organize the holiday giving program I run. There is no other tool that allows you to create a sign-up with "sub-categories". I make a generic sign-up (example: 8-year-old girl). Then I can add what the child wants and how many of each item. The link is easily shared, and it allows people to sign up for as many people and items as they wish. It is straightforward to use. I have people of all ages navigate it without a struggle -the oldest is in her 80s. One free sign-up is helpful to try it out without risk. There is nothing to lose. By the way, the customer service is exceptional.

People signing up are having a hard time understanding the process and it is confusing to them. I want a refund because we will not use this platform, it does not work for our purpose and organization.

I love PlanHero for planning my annual event. It makes my job so much easier, and it's great for my volunteers as well. One thing that is frusterating on the app is sometimes I swipe to the left and if I have not saved my changes I loose everthing that I've done. That can get frusterating but everything else works pretty great.

And thank you for your feedback! With respect to the swiping...for many of the actions taken in-app, we do auto-save for you. But there are some areas where we intentionally do not do that. As you know, you can still make edits to your Event Page/Signup AFTER you've launched it. So it's super important to us that we don't save updates until you actively "tell us" to do so by clicking the update/save buttons in those critical areas. We don't want to overwrite your previous good work until you've confirmed that you've got your new material just the way you want it! We hope that helps with understanding why that's the case.

PlanHero works well
PlanHero works well, though I still stumble around some, even after a couple of training sessions. It seems a bit difficult to edit individual signups even though I am an administrator on our account. Still, I rarely need to do so.
