Planify X doesn't work

They don't have proper documentation. And when you ask for a refund, they don't proceed with it. I lost $122.94 USD. And even they cancelled my lifetime subscription on the same day I disputed the charge on PayPal because the service doesn't work as expected and advertised.

Hello,

We would like to clarify a few important points.

At no point did we manually cancel your account. When a PayPal dispute is opened, the disputed funds are immediately withdrawn from our PayPal account, and the order is automatically canceled by the system while the case remains open.

Regarding documentation, the platform includes tutorials and video courses available in more than 6 different languages, created specifically to help users learn how to use the app properly. In addition, we also offer a free plan that can be used before purchasing, so customers can verify in advance whether the platform meets their expectations.

We’re sorry to hear that the service did not meet your expectations, but it is not accurate to say that support or learning resources were not available.

If you would like to reactivate the service, you will need to either close the dispute in PayPal or wait until PayPal closes the case in our favor.

Chat sellers are either not legit or…

Chat sellers are either not legit or something is wrong... I like to know more about the company I want to do business with so I reached out and I found myself chatting to someone from Mexico by the name of Daniel. When I ask to speak to someone from the US. He mentions that they are not from US but from Mexico. He says that this trustpilot company profile is not the real planify x.

Thank you for your review. As our seller mentioned, we are based in Mexico, and at no point do we claim to be from the United States. Upon reviewing the conversation, I also noticed that you referred to our seller in an offensive manner by calling him "Taco".

We do not tolerate xenophobic or racist behavior. Your review would be valuable if it focused on your experience using our platform. However, it appears that you are not even registered on our website.

We love Planify X

We love Planify X! It has helped us automate a ton of processes and improve our response times with clients. It has honestly completely changed the way we run our business and our marketing.

And let's not forget one of its best features: create content and schedule it in one place plus have access to the use of chatbots that will facilitate each of your processes. It makes everything so much easier and faster, saves me a lot of time, and has boosted my online presence. If you are serious about social media automation, this tool is a must-have. I can tell you this from experience!

I signed up for the free trial

I signed up for the free trial, im interested on using chatbots for Facebook and whatsapp, I like that they offer unlimited chatbots, since its way more cheaper than many other services

PLANIFYX.COM IS A SCAM

PLANIFYX.COM IS A SCAM! It shows a 7-day free trial banner and actually there are "hidden" terms & conditions.

This scam costs me $699.10.

Upon reviewing your case, I see that you purchased a reseller license under the impression that it included a free trial. However, this information is not stated anywhere on our website. The free trial is intended for testing our tools under our brand; there is no free trial available for reselling.

This was also indicated on the PayPal payment screen, which displays the total amount before proceeding. As a digital asset, you gain instant access after purchase, and as outlined in our terms, there are no refunds. You agreed to these terms when signing up and accepted them again during the purchase process.

Additionally, you escalated this case to PayPal, which ruled in our favor, confirming that we do not offer a free trial for the reseller program.
