Best customer service

I used plank hardware twice. First time the fixings were missing, I contacted Plank and they quickly dispatched them. The second time there was a delay with royal mail, they dispatched a new hook by DPD instead. Great customer service. I'm also very happy with the quality of the products.

Already a repeat customer

I bought some simple black knobs for a cupboard in a bedroom. Really happy with the quality, they all came well packaged and delivery was speedy. I’ve since ordered some more as I was so pleased with them.

Toggle module installation and longevity issues

Some installation issues - mainly to do the with toggle switch module. Our electrician commented on how flimsy the clips on the fitting are and since install the part that secures the switch to the module has since snapped so we’ll need to try and fix it back on somehow or replace.

Great service, great product!

We ordered 2 wall lights which we love, the communication from Plank around the dispatch and delivery was excellent and they arrived ahead of schedule. The fitting are exactly what wanted, easy to fit and they look great.

The complete finishing touch.

Beautiful handles that have totally made my kitchen.
The designs at Plank are unusual and make any project that little bit more individual.
