Very Disappointed & ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Really disappointed with this company!
Purchased two chairs from them last year and looked to be good quality, however with a little use this year they have already started showing major signs of wear and the fixings keep coming loose, i have emailed them lots of times asking for replacement bolts and nuts and even offering to pay - NO RESPONSE, also tried to call many times - NO RESPONSE
Any company that has zero customer services should be avoided in my opinion

Avoid wasting your money

I purchased a chair from this Company last July. The chair appeared to be sturdy. It was stored inside over winter and has hardly been used. It was treated with wood oil when I brought it out a few weeks ago but the wood has split where the arm meets the back. Very disappointed. It wasn’t cheap and not what I would call fit for purpose at less than a year old.
I have contacted Plant Theatre by email and explained the problem, this was on 9th June. Unfortunately they have chosen to ignore my email and haven't come back to me with any ideas on how to resolve this issue. I would certainly not use this company again, they obviously do not value their customers and do not appear to be interested in dealing with complaints. My advice - give them a wide berth.
After posting this review I complained to Amazon as they are one of their sellers. I was finally contacted to say they will replace the chair.

Disgusted

I purchased 2 andirondack cushions on 17th June for £150. I received receipt of order on same day but heard nothing since until I had to email them yesterday to enquire where my order is. They replied today informing me they don't have the order available. Why was I not contacted before now. They still have my money. I would not recommend this company

Overpriced poor quality Aldi sell similar for half the price.

I purchased two garden chairs from the garden site range; these arrived well before the due date; they were well packaged. We are very dissapointed with the quality of the wood, there are several cracks that will require filling if they are to withstand the English weather. They arrived flat packed with poor instructions on how to put together; overpriced and we would not recommend.
