Have dealt with Plant World for several years now. All the seed i get has very good germination and is promptly delivered in named packets.

A very exciting range of seeds, with quick and neat delivery (and the 3 for 2 offer is very generous!). A tiny error in my order was corrected promptly and graciously.

I recently ordered from Plant World Seeds and was genuinely impressed by their customer service, packaging, and the care taken with every item. The seeds arrived promptly, were clearly labelled, and in excellent condition.

As someone who collects and cultivates a wide variety of ornamental and heritage plants, I particularly value the depth of their catalogue—a thoughtful balance of classic garden favourites and truly rare seeds that can’t be found elsewhere.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone who values authenticity, quality, and diversity when sourcing seeds.

Plant World Seeds are my go-to. On the basis that I have never been disappointed with the quality of their products, nor with the ease of ordering on-line. The (well-packaged) products reach me with efficiency and speed. I particularly like the helpful on-line details provided regarding cultivation.

They sell the my all-time best tomato seed variety, "Hungarian Heart", I've grown it a few years now, this year my biggest was 896 Gram for one tomato, all flesh and few seeds plus great taste. Not to mention nice fast and friendly service.

I live in the United States and the process of ordering was quick and simple. Got my seeds quick. Definitely will be ordering again. Excellent communication too.

I have been trying to find seeds of hardy perennials and this is by far the best website and company. The choice is almost exhaustive and takes some application but is worth it in the end. There are some very rare seeds here!

Zero response from this store even after my phone number was provided !
I hope we can now see how poorly these sc3mmers challenge; yet when confronted with details; vanish.

All those bold lines about me having to provide a contact number for sending out screenshots - where are you "sir/mam". Quit lying and D0gggieiie office manager and the person responding to this thread hopefully get service training classes.

Of course you are unaware of the conversations as the emails were clearly deleted ! Unfortunately I am unable to attach the proof and prove your lies but that's ok. Why would anyone want to deal with a business that has this indifferent attitude towards international buyers. The second you said 10kg of pansy I knew it. Common sense also states that I wouldn't have been able to guess your office managers name that starts with a D (suits him) if my complaint was inaccurate.

30 Sep: 10kg of pansy? I never asked for that so absolutely incorrect. I have removed his name and his response to my email has absolutely no connection to what I have asked for in my original email. I responded right away (unfortunately I cannot attach the email trail here but I do have screeshots), requesting him to just answer one simple question as I am ordering about 199$ worth of seeds and if i paid I do not want it sitting at customs. So all I asked was do you ship to the UAE and if there has been any shipping issues - NO RESPONSE!!!!. If you only cater to your side of location then do not publish yourselves as international shippers without having the ability to answer basic service questions. I hope you understand how frustrating this can be as I want to order with winter coming up and it's all on hold because of a simple unanswered query.

They never/respond very late on emails, will not address my questions pertaining to customs holding in UAE. the office manager - never cares to answer what I have been asking for more than a week. Absolutely disappointing customer service. My goal is to set up a seed souq in the uae in partnership with these guys but with their poorest saddest service, I would never!

I have bought from this company for a couple of years now and love looking through their catalogue of seeds that I can’t find elsewhere. Good service too.

Good choice and fair prices. Very good service from Carol, when experiencing delivery issues locally. Only challenge is high customs fees in DK.

Ease of ordering and choice of seeds/ products

I’m actually thrilled to have received the seeds. I’m in Australia and order 5 packets of exotic Lipstick Palms I had seen while in Singapore.

I ordered the seeds in March 2025, received confirmation, then a few weeks went by. I emailed Plant World Seeds and got a response very promptly advising they had arrived in my city. Still nothing for weeks.

I then decided they were a spam site and wasted my money.

Imagine my absolute delight when nearly 6 months later, they arrived in the post.

Australia has very strict quarantine laws and I can only assume they were either delayed in quarantine or perhaps gone astray in the post.

I’m really happy to have received these and am happy to recommend Plant World Seeds as a genuine company.

A very speedy service, as seeds came within days of the order. Nothing is too much trouble for this Company. Will continue to use them for all my seeds.
