Wonderful customer care

Honestly I didn't know that I was subscribed to this, however I did notice that the service is impeccable when i tried to reach out. The responses are quick and they match a person's state of emergency. I commend them for that.

This is a scam

This is a scam. The company charged my credit card without my authorization, without prior notice, and without providing a receipt for services I neither requested nor received. Furthermore, my money was converted into non-refundable store credits without my consent.
