Ordered a plant stand during their 50% off sale on Nov
8, 2022. Payment cleared on the 9th. I've received zero communication from them. I've emailed them twice with no response. I keep waiting for the package to just show up, but considering the other reviews, I guess that's not going to happen. What a rip-off!!!!

Ordered a 6-tier plant stand on 11/09/2022 and one month has passed, nothing has arrived. Contacted them 2 weeks ago with no response. By the way, the only way to contact them is through their website "Contact Us" by submitting a message with no telephone number listed for their Customer Services which should have been a red flag! Should have also searched on its review and read "Trustpilot" before purchase. I am convinced now that this is apparently a SCAM website unless they respond to me with a legitimate reason, I will then be willing to modify this review and correct myself!

Ordered a greenhouse on 10 November and never received it. Ripped off my bank is investigating.

Ordered a greenhouse October 5, 2022. Was never shipped to the recipient. Contacted them through email on their 24/7 customer service portal. No response to two emails. Of course, they took the money and never sent the merchandise. They actually merit a ZERO experience rating

Unfortunately I was scammed too. DO NOT ORDER FROM PLANTERHOME.COM. I didn't know of this website until I placed an order on 11/7/22. The Website looked legit. My credit card was charged but I never received any confirmation or delivery information. They don't respond to any contact on their site and there is not telephone number. The address looks like a different company is now occupying that space. I have not idea how they are still permitted to collect monies if their business is closed.

I would give a zero on the star rating. THey are a SCAM website. I had a couple email responses from Cherish Bogard - first when I hadn't gotten a confirmation of sale. Never got shipping or tracking. Looked them up on zerothought which found them to be a fake website. My bank is investigating them for fraud,

SCAM. Buyer beware!! I ordered multiple plant stands from them. No items we're shipped in over two weeks, even though they took my money the next day. After two weeks I reached out to them asking about the delay of my order being shipped. I got a response in a day or two from a Cherish.. They sent 3 out of the 4 items, one item that was supposed to include a hanging bar ( main reason I picked that stand) was missing. I contacted them the next day after receiving the order. Didn't hear back for over a week and contacted them a 2nd time, this time also inquiring where my last item was. They proceeded to ignore multiple e-mails. When Cherish finally did respond again she asked for a bunch of information about the missing piece and totally ignored the questions about the WHOLE item that still had not been shipped ( at this point 6 weeks after the order). I also noticed a couple weeks after my order the link that took me to my order on their site was down & never came back up & their website would work some days but others did not. After multiple e-mails I finally just said if you are not going to supply me with my final item I want a refund, your company should be ashamed of claiming to have 24/7 customer service, a policy or replacing damaged or missing pieces.... 10 days later I got a response from Cherish saying I could contact my credit card company for a refund as they cannot process it. Which I sure did.

Paid for a greenhouse, order disappeared, same as the others.

UNSCRUPULOUS- do NOT buy anything from them. I usually read reviews on companies beforehand and sorely regret my failure to do so this time. I am literally paying for it. I reached out and was advised to ask my bank to dispute the charges because their system is down. DON’T BE SCAMMED BY THEM.

I wish I would have checked Trustpilot before I ordered some pots from this pos company. Sent several emails with no response.

I bought a planter from this company in October, & as of mid-November it has not been delivered. I sent two emails asking for a deliver date with no response. I will call my credit card company requesting that they withhold payment. Total scam of a company.

I guess I have to give Planters.com one star, or else I wouldn't be able to write this review. But they would get a BIG ZERO!! I am not done with this company..how dare they rip off hard working people. I thought I purchased a plant stand for $33.00..waited a week or two, no plant stand, no communication. I then emailed them, and got a response. I was told that the company shut down and for me to call my bank, to get my $ returned. What???? I am going to get to the bottom of this!!

SCAM!!!!

Ordered a Greenhouse for $503.99 on 10/08 order number 3412038. Still haven't received it or any response to our emails. No phone number to call. This was placed on a visa, so will have to contact them for a resolution. This has to be a scam.

Purchased a plant stand, two weeks later and it hasn’t arrived. It was paid for by Visa. I’ll be calling Visa to pursue further action

No phone number to call. Emailed them at the email they have to contact them.
Three times I emailed them to check the status of my order and no one replies.
Not too happy.

Also notified Google ads about this since I found it there. No one from Google replied either. What the heck?
