The plant arrived upside down and unpotted and mangled. Sad.

We’re really sorry to hear the plant didn’t arrive as expected. The plant you ordered is a hanging plant, which may explain why it appeared upside down during shipping. But it definitely doesn’t sound like the plant arrived in the condition we aim to deliver.

Healthy plants without damage and well packaged
I have ordered plants from this place once. The plants were healthy, size was as shown on the website and plants were also well packed and received without any damage.
I have ordered again 🙂 hope this time also they meet my expectations
