It arrived quickly and was packed well. It’s fun and every easy to set up. Unfortunately one of the live plants arrived dead but outside of that I highly recommend.

The plant orb is enchanting! It is easy to assemble because each component is separately packaged and labeled. The results are beautiful. The packaging for the little plants needs to be redesigned. They need to be better secured and the pot openings covered with cotton and taped up so the dirt doesn’t fall out. In my case, the pots and dirt became detached. Luckily the plants were fine.

Plants were all damaged upon arrival. Very frustrating.

What survived is great. Takes a while to arrive. We really like this but a key plant arrived dried out and dead. Everything else is good.

Love the terrarium. Very cool setup. The only thing keeping me from a 5 star rating was the plant packing. All three pots had slipped out of the packing, and one plant was completely out of the pot. I had hoped to rehydrate it, but it didn’t make it. I think two of the plants may survive-one seems to be thriving, and other may make it.

The terrarium itself is great. Unfortunately 2 out of the 3 plants became moldy and died within a few days of planting them. The 3rd one appears to be on its way out as well.

Easy to set up, makes a lovely center piece

The plant orb is a gorgeous concept but do not order in the winter. The plants froze and are all dying. I’m so sad because the orbs are really pretty.

I was so excited to get this for my wife for her birthday. It seemed like an awesome gift. I placed the order and paid and then got an email a couple hours later saying oh wait this was a mistake this product won't be back in stock until March. It doesn't bode well when a company cannot stock basically the only item they have for months. Also, how did you not know you were out?

Thought it took a little bit to finally receive my package, once received it was packed very well. The instructions were easy to follow. I was able to put everything together pretty quickly. Once it was done, it looked awesome! I look forward to checking out my terrarium over the course of time!!!

Terrible company

The product that was sent was faulty, and the plants were all dead. When chatting with someone from the company, they never responded to these claims.

It took a while to arrive and when it did two of the plants were rotten and dead. I don't feel what I received was worth what I paid. Nice idea though.

Cork had to be pried off as it was way too tight-- after that come to find out all three plants were dead. Total waste of money. Chat was not helpful AT ALL. Very upsetting.

This is such a cool thing to build, learn, and enjoy to watch grow! I've had mine for 2 days now and I see the plants and moss already becoming happier.

I love this little terrarium! There was a little problem caused during shipping but Adam at PlantOrb was super responsive and helpful.
