Incomplete Order and Poor Quality

I’m disappointed with this purchase. My order was incomplete, and the plants I received did not match the product descriptions or photos.

I ordered 12 air plants of multiple varieties plus a spray bottle, but received only 8 very small plants, all appearing to be the same variety, and no spray bottle. The size and variety were significantly different from what was advertised.

I contacted the company multiple times by email to request a resolution and received no response. Consequently, I have contacted my bank to dispute the charge.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from this site.
