Good products
The products were as per description and seem to be of good quality.
The only thing that will probably not make me purchase again on that site is that there is no option for express delivery and no option for delivery at a pick-up point. For those 2 reasons, I got my products 8 days after placing the order (delivery to France), which is compliant with their general terms and conditions.

The good Stuff
The process of order/ payment/delivery were really smooth and easy. Everything arrived in peak condition.
Only complain: The stem support hooks for leaves, should have the option of a test Paket with all the sizes. Because now I have 5 hooks sitting at home that I can't use, because the size I ordered is to small.

In the past I also bought the self watering pots with transparent inner pot and my plants love them, and in addition it's easy for me to see the development of the roots.
I still have to try out the mineral mix, which already looks like my plants will love it!
