Ordered two pots. Wanted to change order, tried contacting merchant. Neither of their two phone numbers worked. Attempted to contact via Facebook and email. No reply. Tried to cancel order. Still no reply.

It has now been 2 weeks and I've had to file a dispute with my bank to get the money back. This company is 1000% a scam, designed to do nothing except steal your money.

Update 06/2024: Dispute was resolved in my favor and I got my money back via contacting my bank. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, and if you did, contact your bank IMMEDIATELY

I attempted to purchase a plant for my mum for Mother’s Day. It said it would be delivered between 16-19th of May. I figured oh well, not too long after Mother’s Day. The plant did not arrive in that time. In fact, weeks later, it still had not arrived. So I sent an email to the company asking what was going on. No response. It took until the 8th of June to get an automated email saying the package was on the way (ordered on the 13 of May). It was delivered 3 weeks late with no explanation. I had to pay for shipping so this is inexcusable. They also put the plant in a sealed box??? How is that good for it? Terrible plant care. They still haven’t replied to that email I sent. And to top off an already awful experience, they delivered a plant that’s completely different from what I paid for. I ordered an Alocasia Bisma with a ceramic pot. They delivered a philodendron Florida that’s half eaten by bugs. The price difference between that and what I ordered is $35. They sent me a $20 plant when I paid $55 for the plant alone. I sent them a message in the Shop app, no response. My mother has called them and it’s just a busy signal. Letdown after letdown. This is definitely a scam website!! AVOID AVOID AVOID.
