Always damaged items
Every time they deliver something, the package is damaged, and my product is broken. I am very tired of companies using them as a delivery service.

The service is unreliable
The service is unreliable. I had almost every delivery left outside the building, independently of the dimension of the package and of the value of it. After many chat and calls with the customer support, it seems they changed something last month, but the good experience has been for only two delivery. Obviously, it is written clearly also in the settings of delivery of my profile in their customer page (settings that I had to escalate 2 times because they changed without my interaction). Today again package left outside without ring (with electronics in it). It is really bad for a delivery company, I tried to inform all the vendors where I buy to not send through them also if should cost something more. I'm happy that Galaxus already configured the option in their web shop to delivery exclusively with Swiss Post service.

Drive by without delivery
After seeing the delivery car in our street on schedule, he just drove off without dropping the package.
Afterwards stating that “the building was not accessible” which was absolutely not the case.
And as of yet, no further updates or new delivery appointment has been scheduled!
Just flat out lazy and ignorant behavior.

They were supposed to deliver 3 folding…
They were supposed to deliver 3 folding beds on one day shipping, on Thursday. Not a word from them. On Friday afternoon, after several calls to their customer service, we got a laconic email, stating that the delivery won’t be on Friday, but on next Monday. It’s too late for buying in any other store today. Everything is closed. So not responsible, horrible service. We saw their delivery car, a big car, and the driver said we were never on his schedule.
We won’t use any shop that uses their service again.

Delivery appointment but no delivery
Upon request, I scheduled an appointment for the delivery. On the agreed day, no one showed up—without even the courtesy of an email, text message, or phone call to inform me. I tried calling the customer service center (Bioggio) during business hours, but no one answered. Instead, I was redirected to a message suggesting I send an email. Naturally, that email went unanswered.
On my second call, some irritated staff finally picked up and passed my call from one colleague to another. Eventually, I found out that my package was still sitting in the warehouse. The reason? They had too many deliveries to handle.
Completely unreliable and unprofessional. Now I’m left waiting to see when (or if) the delivery will actually arrive.

Currently a week late with shipping
Currently a week late with shipping. My tracking number still shows up as non-existent even though IKEA handed them the parcel a whole week ago.
Apparently they have some sort of IT issue, but they haven't been able to resolve it in an entire week. Pure incompetence.....
When you think of the worst deliver company, you think of Fedex. Well, Planzer is two times worse! They ALWAYS have some sort of issue.

The website show that my package has been delivered this Saturday June 14, 2025, but both my wife and I stay at home the whole saturday and no call, no bell ringing, and no package. contact the customer service and give the package number shown on their tacking system, the customer told me that this package number is no valid. How possible as this package number is on their website?

The wrong and careless delivery of Planzer
I ordered a rose arch climbing aid from Gonser.ch more than a week ago. On the web site, it said "delivery tomorrow". But I waited and waited. Finally, 8 days later, it said shipped. I waited 2 more days and wondering what happened. Then I saw an image posted by Planzer. They left the package under the mailbox, which is next to the street. Apparently, the package has been stolen... After got in touch with Planzer, they said I need to contact Gonser.ch to open a ticket, in order to proceed further. After contacted Gonser.ch, they claimed that under Swiss law, it is the buyer of the product who bears the risk of shipping. For those who are interested in making orders from Gonser.ch and been delivered by Planzer, please do think twice. Hope you won't end out like me, wasted more than a week on waiting and in the end the package was placed next to the street and got stolen... The only thing you'd get is a picture of your ordered item left next to the street near the mailbox...

The worst transportation company I have found in Switzerland
The worst transportation company I have found in Switzerland. I bought an article from the Amazon marketplace and paid the express delivery.
The day of delivery I received an email that my package could not be delivered and the Client Service could not respond to the question.
Amazon contacts them and they explain that they had a problem with a trailer and will deliver the package the next day.
The next day I contact them and they tell me that they have a big logistic problem and the delivery date might be in four days as there is the weekend and a bank holiday in the middle.
A few minutes later I see a trailer from Planzer next to my building. I called to the Client Service again and they explain to me that the problem is that they dis not put the package in the trailer for delivery. This is subrealistic!

Planzer not only sometimes but ALWAYS misses delivery dates. This company has no business being in the logistics business! Plus!! Even calling the phone number for ENGLISH, customers are forced to communicate in (broken) German! QUEL HORREUR!

Delivery not made as booked - lied about reason.
Delivery not made as booked.
Drive came with untrue reasons like construction work and that he had tried to call us.
No willingness to find a solution for the same day or the coming day (saturday) - in spite of planzer being contacted at 12:30 - early enough to solve it.
Very poor customer service.
Had to cancel a building project for the summer due to their incompetence and unwillingness to find a solution.
Greatly disappointing.

By far the worst delivery company
By far the worst delivery company I've ever experienced. Too bad Amazon uses Quickpac/Planzer to deliver some of their packages.
Dropping off my parcel was risky due to its value of over 700CHF and its size, so in order to receive my parcel I now have to take a whole day off work.
- On Friday, delivery was unsuccessful because I was not at home at 7:00 p.m. No letter informing me of an attempted delivery was left in the mailbox.
- On the following Monday, no delivery because “warehouse error” indicated by telephone support the next day (i.e. Tuesday) even though I had called them twice and sent an e-mail on Monday.
- On Tuesday, at 8.20 a.m., support told me that the parcel would be delivered between 9.30 and 10 a.m. At 10.40 a.m. there was still no parcel, the person who had waited on purpose must have left. Support tells me that the delivery is in fact 1 hour late.
And all this without any offer of compensation such as an evening delivery which would cost them only 10CHF.
With Swiss Post, everything is so much simpler and clearer, with more options.
Picking up your Planzer parcel at one of their branches? impossible
Knowing approximately when (morning or evening) the parcel will be delivered the next day? impossible

Worst delivery service ever, package suddenly will be delivered a week later then promised. I WhatsApp them but they could not help me, and told me that their own tracking system is incompetent as follows, and I must contact the sender! Absolutely awful system and service that misleads customers! 😡

I'm still waiting for the parcels to arrive. It's actually not the first time and this happened many times before. The worst domestic logistics provider in Switzerland (by far).
DPD would be an excellent alternative.
