Bought the unit around the end of 2020. Worked perfect until sometime in the beginning of sept. 2021 when the controlled would not connect to the updated version. Called the company and was extremely helpful in trying to troubleshoot over the phone and texts. Ended up having to send the unit in and had to replace board in the controller. Lights were out for only four days. Extremely fast and helpful. Even with the minor glitch I would absolutely recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a high quality lighting system for their carts or anything else they want to light up.

Very good experience. The owner emailed me after my purchase and thanked me and left his phone number if I had any questions. I ordered the wrong voltage lights by accident and he was more than helpful to make it right for me.

I ordered 3 strips of lights. Installed them and a small section didn't work. I emailed the owner of the company who does returns and I sent my light back and they sent me a new one. A little bit of a pain in the ass since it was a week and an half process and I had to pay postage to send it back. But to say the least they are the best most durable leds I have found out there. Better than southern led lite
