Excellent service. Lovely coving too.

Not very good quality,
Very slow delivery took ages, when they arrived only 1 out of 4 were ok the rest were damaged around the edges.
I had to go and buy from a local company who came and brought them.

Excellent service. Prompt delivery and well packaged. Very happy with ceiling roses ordered. Look lovely when up.

The website was clear and easy to understand. It was easy to order the product and pay for it. they arrived very quickly. The driver was very friendly and helped bring them inside for me. They are just as shown on the website and are of good quality. I would recommend them to anyone.

They performed a very specialist job well. This involved making a mould to produce bespoke plaster giving to match existing coving.

Very efficient service. The plaster roses came on the date stated. They were well packed so little chance of breakage. They are now fixed on our ceiling and look excellent. Thank you !

Great that I could buy samples before making the final order. Easy to order online and kept up to date with delivery. Only 4 stars as it took nearly 4 weeks for delivery. Plasterer happy with the quality of the product and is now going to recommend the site to other clients.

I ordered a 2m length of coving and I was told I would have to pick it up from the factory as they would not deliver the small order. I accepted this and asked the adviser if it could be shrink rapped, as I would have to fit it into the car, which she agreed would be no problem. Having driven the 150 miles from Leicester to Scarborough, I arrived at the unit which was closed and nobody came to the door. Fortunately I had my phone with me and I rang the office number. A gentleman answered and said he would come round and meet me. We went inside and located my order, which was 3m long and not shrink rapped. This would not fit in my car! The gentleman said he would saw it to length which he did. After fitting it into my car, I asked if I could use the toilet. I was shown a toilet door which had "Ladies" on it and inside was the most disgustingly dirty toilet I have ever come across. There was no working basin and no hand towel. After the 150 miles I had to go. I left with an unpleasant experience.

The sales staff were very helpful and informative and extremely helpful in sorting out my delivery. The delivery driver telephoned and text with an eta which meant I didn't ha e to wait around all day for my order. An excellent service.
