Plasterers Blend short measure at the same price.
Up until recently plasterers blend have been delivering their product as a full 5 ltr, my last batch of the 5 ltr containers were under measured. I emailed the company they gave me their excuses which is, I quote, Hi Mick,
I am sorry about this, I will forward this picture on to the factory.
All of our bottle should be in exactly 5 litres but clearly the new order which you have received today, both tubs are different.
As always we want our customers to be happy so I will get this looked into as quickly as possible for you.
I do know previously we have had issues with the tubs being over filled, some nearly reaching 6 litres. But this does not excuse the fact both your new tubs are clearly inaccurate.
Please bear with me and I will get back to you as soon as possible and I will also see what we can do to rectify this for you.

Looked into this and it was when we had the glitch with overfill and I had to ask the guys to manually pour a bit out to get it right. I think they got a bit carried away here. I have asked them to double check all the orders to make sure we never short load any. To make this right, I would like to offer you a discount off your next order. I did notify them saying I normally get 10% on my orders anyway, still doest justify that I have been left short of the product. Albeit the product is very good especially if you get the right amount which you have paid for and not under measurement. Has anyone else experienced this?
