Great variety of products and good prices. Delivery was pretty quick! Plastic chairs dont feel very robust, hopefully they will last long! Also it has been impossible to contact them. I tried to add an item before the order was shipped but there was no answer to any of my calls and when i emailed i got a random answer that didnt relate to my message and no further action.

I like this storage box company. Such a wide range of colours, styles and patterned boxes at affordable prices. Super prompt delivery too. I highly recommend this company.

1 item damaged, other item wrong colour sent. Tried phoning about order and no answer. Filled in contact us no reply. Emailed no reply, Facebook no reply. Customer service bad.

This company are a fraud! They take your your money and don’t deliver the goods also they go very quiet when you confront them and always make excuses and take weeks to respond if they ever do! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

I never received the item I ordered and after two months of sending emails and trying to call to no avail, I ended up having to raise a dispute with PayPal to get my money back. Complete waste of my time and the worst company I've ever used online.

Really pleased with my purchase, good price . Keeps everything nice and tidy , would definitely recommend and I will buy again.

They sent me a tracking number for DPD local saying my order had been shipped but they have not given DPD the parcel, I have emailed this firm three times now and had two replies blaming the delivery company DPD...My advice would be to avoid this company. I have asked them to cancel my order and refund my money but they have not acknowledged my request.

Just what I wanted for sorting out shelf storage - variety of sizes and 2 colour choices, boxes are sturdy and good value. Well packaged and arrived promptly.

Our experience:-

Our order was made on 26th April and the money taken from our credit card on 27th April.

We had still not received the bin by 20th May so I emailed and requested a refund, no reply was received so I chased on 25th May.

They responded on 26th May saying I should claim through Paypal, clearly nobody had looked at our order as we did not pay using Paypal which I informed them of in my reply.

On 27th May they suggested that I claim through my credit card company to which I responded that I could action a chargeback but would be grateful if they could simply refund the money to the card. They then said the email had been forwarded to a supervisor for the refund to be actioned.

On 4th June I emailed again as no refund had been received, there was no reply to this email so I sent another on 19th June, again no reply.

On Saturday 1st August the bin finally arrived but as there is a huge dent in the side of the bin caused by the packer stuffing the lid down the side of the bin in the box. Also the bag the fixings were in was open and instead of the 10 screw and bolts there was 1 screw and 5 bolts!

Have emailed again this morning but am not hopeful of any response!!!!

Service was good, but was charged an extortionate rate for shipping based on me being in the ‘Highlands and Islands’ region. I’m in central Edinburgh(!!!) and have never been charged this shipping rate before by this company!!!
Would prevent me from ordering from them again!!!

Great product.
Would be 5 stars but sending 3 x 9 litre boxes out in a box that is roughly 4ft x 3ft x 2ft is not a good use of packaging

Does what it says on the tin- All good and delivery was not to long to wait either.

Avoid I placed an order on the 13th June still hasn't arrived, have emailed which I get the same reply that they will ring DPD to find out where it is but then don't get back to you with an update, have also rang but don't answer the phone, it's been a nightmare wouldn't be so bad if they gave answers to questions with information what would help but they don't
