Absolutely awful customer service. I am still awaiting a refund for two damaged boxes that I received. They have now stopped replying to my emails. I would avoid this company if you can!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! The chances are you won’t received what you’ve ordered. 3 weeks since ordering nothing has been received. After copious emails and unanswered calls I have now instructed for a full refund. This has also not been issued. These people are scammers. Stay well clear and purchase elsewhere!

The product was great but my main problem with their service is the delivery. Had to wait couples of week (more than what was expected). I grew impatient and had to call their customer service. Very bad assistance.

Stay away. Take ages to reply and that’s if they bother replying at all.

Ordered 10x smaller boxes and 3 big ones.

3 of the smaller ones broken, replacements sent. Then one of the replacements broken never been replaced

Only ever got 1 big box then they sent one more weeks later but forgot about the 3rd. Eventually after 2 months got the third and it was broken. Sent email and pictures and I am clearly being ignored.

All the boxes are stacked that tightly I doubt I’ll ever get to use any as soon as you pull they will break judging by the crap I have so far.

Utter crap and service to rival the crappy boxes . Fuming

Update.. new boxes have finally turned up which is great. Delay in contact caused by 'servers being down'. From the amount of reviews that I've seen where people cannot get a response over long periods of time, I'm not sure I believe that. I just count myself lucky but won't risk any more orders.

Initial order of boxes arrived but two were broken. I was told I would be sent replacements. Nothing has arrived with no further contact. Tried contacting on numerous occasions by phone, email and messenger with no luck. Zero customer service. Spend your money elsewhere.

I made a purchase with this company and still don't have the item that i paid for. I'm having the same problems as a lot of reviewers - received an email from VISS TOOLS LIMITED with a DPD delivery date and DPD tracking is still saying that they are "waiting to receive the item from the sender". I have also phoned this company numerous times but no one ever picks the phone up. All emails have been ignored so i had to open up a dispute with Paypal which this company hasn’t even acknowledged. Avoid this company at all costs!

I ordered a product which arrived with many defects. I asked for a refund, to no avail. Please, don't use their service. Find another site.

Terrible customer service and seem very disorganised. Incorrect tracking information sent along with wrong delivery date. Only half the delivery was initially delivered with zero communication about why. Couldn't get anyone on the phone at all and eventually was told on webchat that the delivery company had the rest of the delivery ands it was up to them to resolve. Delivery company and tracking data disputed this. Made repeated further attempts to communicate but webchat was now switched off, still no phone calls answered and no response to my requests to be contacted for clarity.

Items in delivery were forced into a box that was too small for them resulting in damage to one of the pieces but at this point I cannot be bothered to persevere with them. Only bought from here to try and not buy from Amazon but guess I learned my lesson.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I ordered 8 storage boxes on different occasions last year. 3 of them did not turn up. I -mailed and they acknowledged that they had gone astray with the delivery driver. They offered me more but it was too late as I had to go elsewhere. I asked for a refund and was told in October I would receive one by the end of the week. I am still waiting for a refund. I have e-mailed more than 20 times and now they are ignoring my emails. I have telephoned them nearly every week and if you are lucky to get an answer (which is rare) they say they will get back to you yet they never do. The last occasion I rang Im pretty sure they were laughing at my frustration. I am now going to seek Solicitors advice because despite a letter before action they still do not seem to care. Terrible Terrible unprofessional company. Order at your own risk!

Terrible, don't use! I ordered some plastic drawers at the beginning of November when they arrived they had sent the wrong size, I emailed them immediately to inform them, they were slow to respond but said they would send the correct ones since then I have sent repeated emails asking where they are and eventually asking for a refund, occasionally I get an email back but most of the time they don't bother. It is now nearly 3 months since it since I ordered and they will not respond to my emails at all, i have the wrong drawers no refund and no contact from them. A lot of companies are working hard to stay a float in the current situation, this company clearly just can't be bothered!!

I’ve ordered 5 collapsible plastic crates - the delivery was quick, and that was the end of god things to say. The boxes were flimsy, but no rerun info was provided. After ringing up I was advised to email the customer service informing of return, attach order number and was given the address. So I paid for the return, and sent them back. That was two months ago. Four emails later, numerous phone calls to the non- working customer service line- still haven’t received the refund. Shocking.... Stay clear of this bunch of crooks.

Edited: since the review the company replied to my emails promising to look into it. Weeks have passed, I’m still holding my breath 🤣🤣🤣

I asked to buy some chairs. They sent them to an old address 300 miles away from where I live. They claim that was a success. Steer as far away from these clowns as possible. Even the owner does reviews to make the company appear slightly less useless. Dont use!

Good boxes if a little on the flimsy side (one of them cracked when I separated them).
Came with a leaflet saying that I would get a 20% off voucher if I posted a 5 star review on here - this is probably why there are so many 5 star reviews on this site...
