Good quality product
Good quality product. I need to cap my 20 years old wooden fence. I used brown square down pipe cut into half along the length on a table saw with excellent results.
Delivery was on time as well. Good service all together.

The order was acknowledged immediately. I contracterd the firm regarding non-delivery of the items which I had ordered on Friday 10th April 2026 by e-mail which was answered promptly. The order was delivered about 1 hour later. I have ordered further items and I trust they will be delivered promptly

Evri have failed to deliver twice my…
Evri have failed to deliver twice my wife stayed at home for two days to no avail. The delivery forecast states it is still in Crawley . Do not know why Evri is the preferred method of delivery , no attempt made to deliver. Have not received your products.

Thanks for your feedback. I’m sorry for any confusion around our delivery area. On our delivery page we do state that we currently ship to Mainland UK only, which excludes Northern Ireland and the UK islands. This is due to courier limitations and shipping costs for the products we send.

Absolutely terrible experience with…
Absolutely terrible experience with "The Plastic Centre, Burton on Trent". I ordered windows glasses and they managed to get the measurements wrong not once but twice (only got it right the third time). Each time I had to go back and request it again, which was incredibly frustrating and time-consuming.
Because of their repeated mistakes, I ended up having to pay my fitter thrice, completely out of my own pocket. When I raised this with them, they refused to offer any compensation and showed absolutely no remorse for the inconvenience and extra cost resulting from their errors and carelessness. On third occasion, they didn't even bother to inform me of glass delivery and just dropped window glasses outside my property.
The lack of accountability and poor customer service is absolutely shocking. I would strongly advise anyone to think thrice before ordering anything from them. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

We’re sorry to hear you feel this way about your experience. We’d like to clarify that the glass units were manufactured by our supplier, and on two occasions they unfortunately produced them incorrectly — first at the wrong width and then at the wrong thickness. Each time this happened we immediately arranged for replacements and kept you updated throughout the process until the correct units were supplied.
As explained during our conversations, we do not provide a fitting service, so we’re unable to take responsibility for fitting costs. The replacement units were delivered as soon as they were ready in order to minimise further delay.
We understand the situation was frustrating and apologise for the inconvenience caused by the manufacturing errors, but we did work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
