Plastic Pallets UK, part of Associated Pallets Ltd is a family run business and was formed by two brothers in 1991 The company began in a small industrial park in Basingstoke, manufacturing & refurbishing wooden pallets. Within two years the company had out grown its premises and moved to a new site in Southampton, where we currently operate. Associated Pallets quickly evolved, producing a more diverse product range including plastic pallets, plastic containers, and pallet collars. The sales department is made up of Darren, Chris, Jack, Steve and Hannah who are all family members and are only too pleased to help. Firstly thank you for your review and the 4 stars. Unfortunately there is an HGV driver national shortage currently in the UK. This is having a knock on affect on hauliers. All orders are still being dispatched from us on the same day as the order but unfortunately due to hauliers being overwhelmed with less drivers, deliveries are a little slower at present.
We hope to hear from you again in the future and hopefully the driver situation improves so we can get back to delivering the very next day as norm!

delivered on time, easy ordering, only wish the pallets had been wrapped so that they were clean when arrived, they were a bit scratched and needed a thorough clean before we could use them, pity as we are using them in a food business.

Unfortunately we don't wrap second hand pallets (only new). There is a note on the product before ordering stating, this product is used and may have signs of wear. We hope to see you again in the future.
