Plastic Pallets UK, part of Associated Pallets Ltd is a family run business and was formed by two brothers in 1991 The company began in a small industrial park in Basingstoke, manufacturing & refurbishing wooden pallets. Within two years the company had out grown its premises and moved to a new site in Southampton, where we currently operate. Associated Pallets quickly evolved, producing a more diverse product range including plastic pallets, plastic containers, and pallet collars. The sales department is made up of Darren, Chris, Jack, Steve and Hannah who are all family members and are only too pleased to help. Unfortunately one of your pallets went missing in transit, when you made us aware of this we sent a replacement out the same day for delivery the very next day. We resolved this issue within an hour of finding out.

I shall use your company again
I was impressed that I could order and pick up on the same day and the service was good (friendly staff). Maybe a specific place for parking for customers coming to collect would be useful, as I wasn't entirely sure where to park - a sign maybe?

Hello Steve,
Firstly apologies you were not happy with our service however we acted immediately to try and solve the situation, the pallets were the specification quoted but end of stock and therefor a little dusty. We were in conversation Friday at 4.00pm and offered a part credit, had you said before writing a review that we arrived to find at 7.30am Monday morning that you were still not happy our next step was to issue a full refund or replacements. It's a shame we were never given the chance.
