Avoid this company! I ordered online and when I went to collect, they made me wait 25 minutes while they sorted it out on their system. I had to rent a van for the collection, and only had an hour on the van,had to pay extra for extra time wasted. They also didn’t include the breathable tape on the panels, so I had to go back again to collect it. They also forgot to include my cut-offs in the order, and despite trying to reach them multiple times, they haven’t responded. Overall, a frustrating and unprofessional experience. Avoid!

Product good as specified. Delivery arrived exactly as promised. Arrived at 9.30 as promised by the courier on the previous night.

Ordered 6 sheets 3050mm x2050mm x5mm clear polycarbonate in January because it was on sale on the website at a reduced price even though I new I wouldn't even be starting the project until the middle or end of March. Stephen who was my contact with Plastic Solutions was wonderful and agreed to hold on to the product until I was ready. I emailed him a cutting list at the beginning of April and the polycarbonate arrived within 48 hours. An excellent experience all in. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again or to recommend Plastic Solutions to anyone.

Well ordered the products and paid for. Got an email stating thanks for ordered. No more correspondence when it will be delivered, rang your company chatting with a nice guy and gave him the order number and he would follow it up. He said I will get back to you in 5 mins.....16 hours went by no call. So I rang again gave the same details, the finger was pointing at the courier and can't get through to the courier. So again give me 5 mins I will ring you back. They rang me back in the time frame. It will be delivered on Thursday between 1100 and 1200 O'clock. That time came and went, so rang your company back they would look into it. They rank back and he is on the way. 40 mins later he arrived and I asked him did the company ring you? Did not know what I was talking about, he never got a call.
So that's the truth.

Great price and prompt delivery. Was purchased to replace some broken glass in my greenhouse. One sheet replaces two Pains of glass. Also easy to cut for any triangular shapes. Very pleased with the result.
