I liked the product and I'm happy with it, however I don't see the point to advertise the prices without VAT and at end when you checking out you see a different price with VAT.
Why doing this if I don't have the option to buy the product without VAT?

Found what I was looking for at great price, fast delivery

I ordered two 'DIY Package - Multiwall Polycarbonate' packs.
3 - 4 days delivery outside Dublin according to them. I rang on working day 5 for an update. Was told that there is a big order in front of mine so not sure when it was even going to leave the warehouse!! Livid because my tradesman was arriving 2 days later for two days, at 500 euro per day!!
In fairness, they managed to get the order to me two days later BUT only one pack arrived!! HALF of the order!
The next pack arrived the following week and my tradesman had to come again at another 500 euro!
It is worth noting that Plastic solutions were aware that the 2 packs were going to form one continuous roof. They never said that the packs would only have enough joining sections for each seperate roof pack. So I had to join the two packs/roof kits without the correct fixings! In my opinion they dropped the ball there KNOWING what I was trying to achieve! Also worth noting that there was a pack of screws missing for the Glazing bar so had to use my own.

Overall, a very poor experience with ordering from this company. They let me down with the delivery time frame which cost me an extra 500euro, by not including the whole order 1st time around. Very disappointed there was not discussion about ordering more glazing bar or rubber rag to connect two packs. Screws missing was irritating but nothing campared.

Helpful and no problem posting the tube of silicone that was missing from the order. My new multiwall polycarbonate roof looks great.

Good website, easy to navigate with a useful video clip on how to use products. Product range is good and this company will supply sheets cut to size which saves a great deal of time and effort to get a job done in time. Queries I made were promptly answered.

I ordered the polycarbonate pergola roof kit, came very quickly. When the driver got to my house he realised the panels were to big to go though my shed door, he kindly waited for me to come home, and waited while I asked the neighbours if I could bring in through their drive way, with the delivery man and neighbours help took about 10 minutes to get onto my property. I can’t thank the kind delivery man enough. I’ve still not fitted the roof kit but looks good so far.

Ordered my lean-to roofing package online. Got immediate call back from Stephen in sales who went through my order and gave technical advice on the items I had ordered and made sure I was aware of things to look out for during the roofing process. Top class support. Possibly could have purchased a bit cheaper elsewhere but the technical support and attitude of staff made the difference. I got free delivery of large pallet from Dublin to the midlands.
