STAY AWAY FROM THESES SCAMMERS

Ordered my plates after a week and still no delivery contacted them was told that evri had lost them was offered a refund but thought I'd give them the benefit of doubt (big mistake) told new plates were sent and after few days they sent message that my plates had been delivered (not to me) was told they were going to get tracking data from evri and change to a different delivery company. Again they said they will send out another set and again they haven't arrived and now no engagement form either text or there own on line chat.

Despite kind words of reassurance no plates appeared over the course of 3 weeks so my money was refunded and order cancelled.

Nearly 3 weeks from order and still no sign of my plates arriving despite various claims and assurances; all of which have proven to be completely false / untrue.

To demonstrate how poor the experience has been, I ordered plates for another car from another supplier during this same period which were received within 5 days.

UPDATE 12/09/23 : order apparently refunded, although monies not received at the time of writing.

Honestly the worst customer experience I have ever endured and the response received to my review is totally disingenuous.

I have proof that I was assured my plates would be received on 3 different dates and can only assume Plates4 is claiming that the courier (which it chooses to use by the way) failed to deliver on 3 separate occasions. I would also add that confirmation of refund was only received after reminding Plates4 of its responsibilities under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

I ordered some company name plates. I was sent videos and informed through the whole process. I will be recommending to anyone.

Excellent communication skills and the quality of the car plate is very good. The plates look very nice I absolutely love them 😍 only down fall was they took a few weeks to come due to delivery service issues but they were well worth the wait!!!

Quick and effective plates made up within few hours of just speaking logo i had wasn’t in high quality but they re done the logo for me and had it printed couldn’t be more happy highly recommend definitely going to be using these guys again for some 3D jell plates for my car. Thank you so much you transformed my business!!

Ordered 4D plates, Had to send ID and Log Book copies via email which i did (so they now have my ID etc). communication was great, was told they would be dropped off to me when He Passed as it wasmt too far away, several days later after many messages apologising to me and telling me that They would throw in A couple of car cleaning products, I Get a Full Refund, no explanation and He then Blocks me on facebook/messenger and leaves the conversation.
