Been playing for a year no problems until the last 4 months, won £70 on prize lines and kicked me out when I went back in no money awarded so I contacted them and all they keep saying is someone will get back you, I deposited £50 and yes they took it all so I deposited another £100 and straight away stopped me playing saying I had to prove where my money was coming from so I argued with them and they said screen shot my PayPal account from a computer showing my name and stuff to which I did but still no money back they are just sending me in circles I don’t see me getting a penny back from these thief’s they have closed my account down too and inform me it’s only £97

This isn’t about losing. Basically I deposited £100, instantly to be told I needed to provide proof of income. I cannot play with the £100 or withdraw it. Uploaded bank statement, waited almost 3 days then it was rejected. I have now uploaded 3 months of payslips and now on day 3 of waiting.

The worst casino I’ve ever played at!!! They are awful, unhelpful and a scam. They let you deposit as much as you want and then refuse to return your money apparently you have to wager your own money!? They say it’s in the terms and conditions but on multiple occasions I withdrew without wagering no problem so it seems they just do this when they feel like keeping all your money. They also put a bet limit on my account which I was not aware of basically making it very difficult to win any money. They know exactly what they’re doing! Biggest scam casino ever definitely avoid!!!

I deposited £100 and my account was immediately locked with a request to provide details of my income. 3 rejections and 2 weeks later it became clear to me that this company simply want to rob you by refusing to allow you to withdraw your own money.

Didn’t even want to give one star!! This casino is the worst by far!! STAY AWAY! I had been depositing for months before I had a good win £1400 which I tried to withdraw! My account was immediately closed and email stating I was with gamstop! I explained that my gamstop had expired and was then asked to email gamstop which I did. Once this was resolved I asked for my withdrawal to be paid out! They said no because I was a day out from gamstop expiring - I then asked for all my deposits to be returned if this was the case as it was them who had not done their checks! I was refused and asked to stop contacting them as all emails would now be ignored, WOW great customer service.

I have taken legal advice and they have recommended I take this further and I will! People struggling and a win like that would have changed everything for me.

I made an account verified and deposited, I only deposited £65 I got lucky and won just over £3000 on eye of horus megaways, I tried to withdraw then I was asked for source of wealth to which I sent my documents off, I was told it would take 2 days but it took 4 days, then they refused my documents because my savings are too low, I am disabled I receive benefits I am unemployed I cannot work, now they are refusing to pay me my winnings based in that, I have done nothing wrong, I asked them for a contract number on live chat they refused told me everything has to be done by email, but they never email me back I have sent numerous emails off, they are discriminating against me because I am on disability benefits and have no savings

Avoid at all costs, So for starters unless you gamble the total value of what you deposit you’re not allowed to withdrawal. Even if you do win money, they’ll claim it takes up to 48 hours. I’ve been waiting over 96 hours for over £2000 and they requested documents which I sent. They then claimed due to high workloads my withdrawal can’t be processed and I need to wait further. Spent over an hour to an agent who would not forward me the complaint details or put me through to a manager. I’m still waiting for my money. Won’t recommend you use these guys or any of the viral group since they’ll look to steal from you at every available opportunity. Awful bunch!

The support service does not work, responds to e-mail once out of 10 requests. Money is not withdrawn, I checked the withdrawals and every 4th payment did not go to my bank account. I have only one withdrawal method available - bank transfer, although I deposit using a debit card.
