We ordered our spa and made the down payment on July 3. Spa was not shipped till July 10, from California. Being in Texas it took a week to get here. Spa was delivered on the 22nd. Since then we have used it every day but one. Wish we would have invested in one sooner. Everything is running as it should and the water management has been easy. Biggest disappointment is that the tether kit the dealer has been selling with them now no longer fits in the tether anchor. Kit pole being 7/8 while the hole in the anchor is 21mm a difference of about.050. Dealer says he is working on the issue and it would be good to be able to fully utilize the equipment. Spa itself seems well made.

We love our spa! We have our coffee in it in the morning and relax before bed in the evening! I take water samples in weekly and check daily water basics. I bought extra filters and keep them clean and rotate weekly. Love the lights and Bluetooth!! We use them often!

Our spa is fairly new and maintenance seems easy. The jets are awesome. Heater is great. Lighting is ample and the different colors are so cool. Downside items are the jets are only available on one side or the other using a switch. Should have the ability to use both sides under full power. Also Drink Holders are small. Cover will not do well in winter I fear.

Went to the expo in Biloxi Ms August 1, 2025. Met Cristie who told us about her family owned company. No pressure to purchase actually caused us to go ahead and buy a hot tub. It was delivered 2 days later. They young men were very friendly as well. A mishap with the electrical cord during delivery could have been a disaster. It If I called Cristie; she immediately had Wyatt (service) contact us to get the situation handled. So far it’s been a good process. Stay tuned…

We have had a great experience so far, delivery and installation was professional and friendly, all information given on how to look after and use the new spa and all set up and fully tested before the engineer leaves you with the
spa. We had a couple of little issues with the hot tub a few weeks in but these were addressed straight away with no fuss. We are really happy with the hot tub and would highly recommend.

We order our Spa was told it would take 4-6 weeks to arrive. It was delivered to our back yard 5 weeks later.
Every things works as it should.
The blutooth speaker are a little iffy you can't hear them if the jets are on and if 2 or more people get in they are partially under water and very distorted. Otherwise no complaints.

AUGUST 28th finaL update
The problem has been resolved after continuing contact w my dealer and getting the tech to come out, which as soon as he received the part was quick to contact. The amount of time fornthe manufacturer to get a part is ridiculous.
To respond to the below updated response noting they have tried to contact leaving a voicemail & email.
A voicemail was left for the 1st time yesterday a AUGUST 27th @546pm.
There has never been any email response directly to.me. nothing in spam, trash or anywhere.
Appreciate the response from the manufacturer however the amount of time to respond was beyond unacceptable.
UPDATE- AUGUST 18TH
Thanks to me hounding our outdoor store the replacement part arrived today and waiting for the service tech to come out this week day TBD.
To this date i still have yet to get a response from the manufacturer below. I was optimistic when they replied to my review thinking now I will actually get assistance. No response whatsoever even after providing my cell number and info.
Guess having them respond gives the impressionntheybare going tonhelp and there is no way to provide feedback as they nevwr responded to the request reach out.
We replaced a 9yo artesian Nevis spa that never had an issue until we left it empty over the winter and had freeze thaw damage to pipes.
Descided to replace with a platinum spas Infinity. Was hesitant to buy a China made spa over USA but seemed like a nice tub and we valued the recommendation of our outdoor store who we had been using for almost 10years.
The tub from day 1 had so many quality issues some of which will never be resolved (such as one of the the molded cup.holder not being level and a tall drink leasning)
The lounger pillow had a deformed molded lip at one side and continually popped off just barely touching it.
Tub had clips damaged on the exterior panels that required them to be replaced. Two of the fountain leds were knocked out of their mount and had to be repeated.
The tub was dead on arrival with some odd error as soon as it was installed could not even use it when installed and filled w water. Left it shutdown overnight and mysteriously started the next day.
Then from the factory they disabled all the heaters except for when the circulation pump was running. Seriously? The entire point of a hot tub is to have heated water, at all times, especially when using the jets.
Now fast forward about 5 months. The LED lighting just descided to stop working multiple times. Reset the tub and it acts like there is no led lighting option for quite a while. When it does become an option again still doesn't work.
It started working on its own after several days. Then after about a week to 10 days stops working again only to work again after 2 weeks being dead dark. Ridiculous....
I put in a swrvice ticket on July 9th and they are going to replace the led board but here it is almost a month later and still no fix. They can't even tell me when it will arrive.
I am frankly embarrassed to have spent that kind of money and be stuck with something with so many idiosyncrasies I am concerned for the future. My wife & I went out on a limb to get a nice replacement for my herniated disc problems only to have more service calls in the handful of months we have owned it than over 9 years we had Artesian.
Parts availability, support (i cant get noone I can speak to personally over the phone in the USA) all should have been a big red flag.
