Purchased a spa this month through platinum spas, delivery and installation was on time, professional and friendly, all information given on how to look after and use the new spa. Product quality is amazing and all set up and fully tested before the engineer leaves you with the spa. Highly recommend.

Can’t wait to try it out!
So far; so good! My new Platinum hot tub is sitting on my patio waiting for my knee replacement to heal so that I can use it! In the meantime, I have been able to become familiar with the controls and its operation. We have owned 3 hot tubs over the last 30 years, but this is a different brand and it will take some getting used to on my part. For this reason, it would be very helpful to have a printed copy of the owners manual and instructions. The spa appears to be very well constructed, and I appreciate the fact that the piping is stainless steel and accessible should any problems develop. The dealer was very personable and well-versed in all the features of the Platinum Spas. I will be happy to refer friends to him should any of them be interested in purchasing a new hot tub!

We purchased a platinum Seville spa…
We purchased a platinum Seville spa less than a year ago love the spa BUT the black wire hookup in panel burned up and now our hot tub is dead. We had to order a new panel$600.00 plus the cost of electrician. Dealer is not covering the cost as we did not know we had to sign up for warranty at time of purchase. Dealer also has 4 more of these panels on order and one in shop for another customer. Think this is a bad part? Think dealer should be paying for this? Terri

Time Machine Hot Tubs and Platinum Spas…
Time Machine Hot Tubs and Platinum Spas are both great. Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable on the sales side and Will and Bill on delivery, setup and new owner orientation were all first class. The Platinum Reims hot tub is perfect for me. Just right amount of "bells and whistles" for my needs and seems to be well made. Just a note that at 5'4" tall, female and 160 lbs I still float when I use the lounger. Am getting a seat cushion that should help. I just had installed so cant give long term info but so far is great and I recommend.

Staff deserves a raise. Amazing customer service.
Your staff in the Washington office is amazing. I went in shopping for hot tubs , not really thinking I was going to buy one that day. But they help me answered all my questions and gave me a price I couldn't walk away from all while still having a no pressure attitude. I felt like I was hanging out with friends not being pressured for a sale. You have a lifetime customer as long as you keep that staff.

Bridget was absolutely amazing, from helping us select the perfect spa to helping guide me through my first weekly maintenance and identify some issues after the first use. The spa itself is top quality and has been perfect for us! It’s deep, spacious and the jets all feel amazing!

This little hot tub packs a powerful…
This little hot tub packs a powerful punch. Because it is smaller than many units, it fit through our home's side gate and did not require a crane to be installed. Although it is not as roomy as some larger units, every single jet is adjustable, which means it can do it's job exactly as needed for your comfort. I absolutely love the on top of the shoulder neck jets, a feature that most spas don't even have! We think the integrated speakers work very nicely and we don't feel like anything important was sacrificed by our choice to go with this luxurious, versatile but somewhat smaller spa.
