Picked up on time in Heathrow going to Southampton. There were 11 of us so we had a car and an 8 seater. Unfortunately, there were no car seats for the babies at Heathrow. The driver apologised for the error and car seats were available for our return journey. Drivers were polite, punctual and helped with all the luggage. I will use this company again.

I had a terrible experience after using this service for my clients at Heathrow, I booked via AirportTaxiTransfers and the car service used for my clients reservation was Platinum Airport Transfers. The dispatcher named Soraz or something similar called my client as soon as they landed demanding waiting time money from him. The flight was delayed by 1hr, the service did not track the flight despite having the flight information. The dispatcher hung up after being asked as to what airport service doesn’t track flights, was rude and unprofessional to my client, later on my client was sent an automated text regarding the the drivers info so when my my client came out into arrivals within 30mins of landing the driver was a no show, when the driver was called he said “you didn’t show up when you said so I’m gone” when asked why he didn’t track the flight he said speak to the office and hung up. My client ended up taking a black cab home. You will just be left embarrassed using a terrible service like this.
