Recently purchased a property through Platinum. They were extremely helpful throughout the process and wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future.

Honestly Platinum have been amazing, we cannot thank them enough for the work they put in. Very long chain, very long process with multiple buyers over about 18 months all together. The platinum team, Dave & Scott did an en enormous amount of chasing, orchestrating the chain and keeping things calm in the chain. We won’t be selling again anytime time soon but when we do it’ll be through platinum. Highly recommend.

Having received valuations & quotes from a handful of estate agents, Platinum were the most competitive and least hard sell !

I advised that I wasn’t in a position to put the house on the market immediately & would get in touch when I was. Unlike other agents, David waited for me to get in touch & didn’t pester.

David went the extra mile to introduce us to a genuine buyer with a realistic prospect of completing. After the introduction he helped keep up momentum on the sale an although other competing offers came in with more complex chains David's buyer completed on time.

After a very long sale, Scott and David kept in touch throughout the process, more so than the solicitors we used!!
