Worst customer experience! Even with 14 year experience in the travel industry
Communication throughout the entire booking was absent and unreliable. However, 3 hours before check-in, our booking was cancelled by Jessica after her employee blatantly lied, refusing to organise and pay for a late check when clearly there were rooms available to book through bookings.com. Our credit card had been charged, we were all ready to check in, and this simple request resulted in us having no booking for the night. I understand a boss sticking up for her employees, but how can you justify one lying to a customer? Especially when they are offering you more money for your business??
