Thank you for your review. I’m really sorry to hear about your experience — this is not the standard we aim for at PSC.

Regarding the missing laces this should not have happened (not sure how this has happened either!) and we will put this right for you. The 'stains' frustratingly are all part of the dying process, and the marks you are referring to on the inside of the sneakers is excess glue from when the shoes were manufactured, and not us (we do have this highlighted on all product descriptions). However when the shoes are dyed it makes the excess glue or glue spills more clear, something we should make a better effort of keeping an eye on, so sorry to let you down here. The chocolate was intended as a small gesture in every order, but in your case it melted in transit which clearly caused more frustration — I apologise. As for the damaged box, while we always ship double boxed, sometimes boxes arrive imperfect due to the channels we source from, though we do our best to protect them.

On communication, I can confirm we did respond to your enquiry but it looks like our reply may not have reached you, which I understand has added to your frustration, kindly check your spam folder. Just for reference, we received an enquiry from you on 27th of August at 20:38 UK TIME, we responded on 27th of August 20:42 UK TIME.

I’ve already reached out directly by email to resolve this, and I want to make sure you leave happy. You’ll have the choice of a replacement or a full refund.

Hi Harry,

Thank you for your review. I would like to provide some context to the review because it is important to highlight what your concern is.

Your email to us stated the size of the text added next to the three stripes was too large, which we agreed we made a mistake and then sorted this with no questions asked. The text we applied was too large for the size of the shoes. We covered the cost of shipping and refunded you 10% for the inconvenience.

Your other comments are a reflection of the manufacturing of the shoes and not us. You said within your email the suede on the shoes was patchy and slightly faded, unfortunately this is nothing we can control, we buy all of our base models from Adidas directly and then customise them. When we received the shoes back for us to adjust the text we assessed the shoes and found for them to be fine and well within the guidelines of Adidas. Whilst I will admit the quality of Adidas trainers can vary, and has got noticeably worse of the last 12 months, we have zero control over this.

Your comment of price, possibly suggests you do not understand our business model. We purchase authentic trainers from retailers at full RRP and then customise them as per the customers order. So, yes of course our prices are going to be more than a standard Adidas model.

Hi Harry,

Can you send us photos, we have never received photos displaying poor craftsmanship, we received photos of the text being too large which we corrected for you and sent you a refund. You then mentioned the suede which as explained we do not manufacture the shoe, which is why I assumed you didn't understand our business model.

Hi Jardin,

Thank you for your review.

I feel this review is very unfair. Firstly, our lead time was detailed very clearly on the website before you purchased, the lead time detailed on all of the product descriptions linked to the PSC x Mani collaboration stated a lead time of 8-12 weeks. Upon checking your order you received it just before the 12 weeks mark, so we were within the given lead time and did not break any agreement with you. If you decided to not read the product description to understand the lead time that should not reflect us as a business.

Whilst I appreciate the lead time is longer then our usual lead time, but, this collaboration was something never done before in the industry before, there were many logistical challenges such as getting the shoes to Mani, and back etc.

Lastly, saying our communication was sporadic, is not fair. We sent a total of 8 'update' emails, 8 emails for one order I feel is probably too many and in fact felt I was sending too many emails, but one thing I ensured during this process of completing orders was updating everyone as often as physically possible.
