Very disappointing experience with this recruiting company.
We paid a $500 upfront recruiting fee with the promise that they would provide CDL drivers for our company. After more than 2 weeks of waiting, repeated follow-ups, and multiple promises, we did not receive a single qualified driver.
Communication became inconsistent, excuses continued, and instead of results we were asked to increase driver pay to help them “find candidates.” In the end, there were no hires, no real progress, and no accountability.
If you are a trucking company or owner-operator looking for recruiting services, be careful before paying upfront fees without clear guarantees and proven results.
