Great variety of games
Great variety of games. Hard to win. I purchased over 100 worth and have yet to cash out. I also was rewarded a bonus that I never got the spins for. I tried customer service to no avail.

Impossible to redeem winnings
Impossible to redeem your winnings. Errors popup Everytime you try and it's been like this for awhile. On top of that, the way they do their playthrough is a big time scam. No matter what it will always use your redeemable balance to play instead of your bonus SC,making it next to impossible to unlock any bonus. And if you somehow do unlock some bonus and it becomes redeemable, now you gotta lose that to get any more of your bonus. Extremely frustrating and rediculous. I wish I would've never deposited here, it's one of the worst sites I've ever played on. They need to rethink their whole business model if they want to compete in this market. As it stands, I don't see this site lasting long at all. Your not going to retain any customers or attract any new ones if it is impossible to win. And if you somehow do win something, good luck getting them to actually pay you! Sorry for the long post, just trying to warn anybody who will listen. Rant over lol
