We were recommended the toy by our lovely dog groomer Emma. Our dog is a cavapoo who is quite small but she loves to play with it. It would be awesome to have a smaller option as I think this size frustrates her when she tries to carry it into her toy box or her bed.
Any plans for other sizes? Would definitely be interested to buy another. Well done for creating a unique toy!

Alfie has always learnt how to hack puzzles and other enrichment games but he still hasn’t managed to out smart the Roolo which makes it much more fun for him!
He hates walking in the rain so having a good enrichment toy to stimulate his brain is really important for us!

Oren (Labrador youth in his teenager stage) thoroughly loved playing with this - apologies to his big brother Ocho who it was intended for, Oren barely gave Ocho a chance with it! Oren absolutely loves being able to sniff and hear the contents and enjoys working out different ways of getting the treats out. He has rolled it, turned it big hole down and patted it with his paws, tossed it spinning through the air and watched small treats fly out of it (and then had to find them!) and even discovered that things leap out of it if he holds it in his mouth and bounces it off the ground. His inquisitive nature is making it so much more than just a rolling toy and it physically and mentally exhausts him as well as rewarding his curiosity. Ocho did eventually get turns with it and he showed his advanced problem-solving skills (multi-award winning assistance dog) and calmly rolled it into the right position for a treat to align with the hole, waited until it was quiet, and then equally as calmly rolled it again to reveal the treat sitting on the ground where the hole had placed it. Also an ideal form of mental stimulation for him and physical activity reliant on nose and paw coordination supported by sniffing and listening. Great versatility for two very different dogs. Excellent concept and item 👏👏👏👏

Both my dogs love it! Use as a toy or enrichment purposes!

My dog was a little frightened of the toy at first but then got used to it. It's hard to remove treats if they get stuck. I think it would be better if it opened as this would help with cleaning it too.

Great toy both my dogs loved it, one was more smart and worked out the treats came out the other one just chased it. Highly recommend.

Innovative product with a fantastic and unique design. I bought two Roolos to use for my own dog and for guests at my dog boarding company, and they've been a knockout. My dog, a Jack Russell Terrier, has little patience and required a bit of help to figure out what he needed to do ( other than bark at the Roolo!) but my current guest who is a Cockerpoo took to it in seconds!
The pyramid design is great as it doesn't continue rolling, I've used ball type dispensers and they end up under furniture causing frustration. The vinyl type material is robust and smooth so it's easy to clean and can withstand strong chewers, and it's challenging enough to provide interest without being overwhelming.
An excellent product that I'd highly recommend.

What a great product and company. Bought 1, my pooch loved it. Got friend to buy one as she looks after other people's dogs, perfect, they all love it. Sadly my dogs Roolo broke, no problem, we were sent a new one straight away, addressed directly to our dog, the legend!!!! Fantastic ❤️‍🔥

Despite the Roolo not being for our dog the customer service offered by Play9 was excellent. We couldn’t return as we had had treats in and rolled it around to try to get our dog interested. But they offered a 50% refund which I think is very fair

Our new rescue staffie, loves his Roolo for 30 minutes until he created a 2nd hole to get treats. I emailed and they are sending me a replacement out on Monday with an idea of what to do with regards to play time for the Land Shark. A1 customer service and a shout out to Lee

We met you guys at a dog show and straight away our Cocker was obsessed with the Roolo! Our older Springer soon picked it up and seemed to enjoy it too! Obviously we had to have two! As working dogs, they are always on the go. So, we are always trying to find new and exciting things for them to get their paws on. They absolutely love their enrichment and this is a great activity for them both mentally. Recommend the Roolo.

Our Labrador absolutely loves this! We can give her dinner in it and takes her a good 20 mins to eat it all. All with a waggy a tail. She really enjoys it. It’s clearly well made and sturdy. She even plays with it when there isn’t any treats in it!

Absolutely amazing enrichment product - kept our pup busy for ages and he didn't/couldn't destroy it which in our household is unheard of 😂
Only problem is I have to buy another one now for our other dog 😆

Our large working lab loves his Roolo! We’ve tried a few enrichment toys as he has a high drive and gets bored if he’s not engaged. We put loads of small dried treats in and he spends ages rolling it all round the house to get them out and we can do it over and over with the same success. It’s such a good shape it doesn’t get stuck which frustrates him with other things, it doesn’t fit under our oven (another issue for toys!) and it rolls over things so he gets all over the house with it. Definitely recommend!

He absolutely loves it! We always use some kind of enrichment tool for his mealtimes and he was getting a little bored of the current options, spaniels certainly are too clever and fast! This is perfect as it only has the one hole for the food to escape which slows him down more than other enrichment balls, which we found also roll under tables and get stuck! This one is great as it has grip, it doesn’t roll away, it can be picked up by the dog, it can be chewed and has to have more interaction to get it moving, all great things for us

Amazing! Picked up at a dog festival, used almost everyday since, couldn’t reccomend more, as a dog walker I find it lightweight enough for puppies/seniors unlike similar I also own!

Milly (Shepsky) loves her Roolo and this company give great after sales service. Thoroughly recommend! 😊
