I’ve been on Playamo for awhile now, they have a great selection of games, slots and live. The payouts are quick and deposits are as well. I’ve never had any issues with either. They also have a great VIP program so the customer service is exceptional.

I won money on free spins they awarded me , it told me I had to spent a certain amount to have a withdrawal. I got their 10 .20 free spins up to 22$ then upped my bet and went to 130, slowly inclined to roughly a thousand dollars. Kept making me play, worked it down to about 400$ that was cashable and they declined to withdrawal and kept all my awarded money because I did 8-10 8$ spins which apparently you can’t do in their fine print even though I spent well over their required limit without those 8-10 spins. They will rip you off any chance they get! Do not you this website! Only online site I’ve ever had an issue with, never getting a cent from me or anyone else I know ever again! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY, they will take it from you!

The VIP bonuses need to be better. You can deposit 500-1000 in a week and you'll only get 50 x 20 cent free spins on a small selection of low potential slots. Then you need to wager 50x your winnings to be able to withdraw anything.

The withdrawal times used to be great. Usually you would see the money within 24-48 hours. Lately it's been more like one week or longer.

They do seem like a reliable casino. But things need to improve if they want to be competitive with other casino options.

On the rare occasion I have a win, more often than not my cash out requests get rejected, or sit there pending for hours with the option to cancel anytime, and alot of the time I cancel the withdrawal request and end up losing my money, there is no reason for some withdrawal requests to be approved and some be rejected, when I ask the support team and my VIP manager why my cashout requests are being rejected they say it's an external issue, something to do with my bank, but after contacting my bank they assured me that there has never been an issue regarding any transactions

Dont listen to the bot reviews. First hand, real human experience. I WOULD NOT recommend this casino. They hold your winnings ransom and get you to confirm your bank everytime you win. I always lost on this site anyways and the two times I won it was the worst experience I've dealt with any casino. A bank reference number is not good enough even tho if they really cared about fraud that would be suffice considering it'll give you all the info you need in a verification case.
