Never got order and can’t contact company

I placed an order for a doorway swing. I have not received the product and thought I got an order confirmation and order number initially I have not gotten any notification that the order has shipped. What concerns me is that I have made many attempts to call the company (it just rings and rings), and have emailed twice and still no response. It has been just shy of two weeks and I am getting concerned the company is a scam. If I ever receive the product (priced at 197.00 with shipping). I will update
